商业休闲空间中人群活动与时间的相关性研究

【摘要】:随着夜经济的逐渐繁荣,夜间时段已经成为人们进行休闲活动的主要时间,商业休闲空间作为市民就地休闲旅游的新宠,活动夜态化现象更为显著。然而现有的公共空间设计仍一直基于白天的环境需求进行,较少考虑白天及夜间空间使用者心理和活动需求的差异,不利于空间的全时性使用。因此,探讨不同社会属性的空间使用者在不同时段对空间的需求差异对促进公共空间全时性使用十分重要。本文在城市规划学、环境心理学的相关理论的指导下,以商业休闲空间的全时段使用情况为研究对象,以使用者的行为习惯及环境认知为切入点,采用活动注记法、问卷调查法和行人计数法相结合的方式,分别从人群结构、使用者知觉认知以及使用者行为三个方面分析白天与夜间使用者行为需求及特征规律差异。本文分为三个部分,第一部分为基础研究,包括第1、2章。其中第1章为绪论,提出选题背景、研究的目的和意义,并通过对国内外研究的综述,了解目前夜间空间环境的研究现状,提出本课题的研究创新点。第2章是对相关概念进行解析和介绍相关的基础理论,并总结环境心理学常用的研究方法,在此基础上,提出本课题的研究方法和研究框架。第二部分包括第3章到第6章,是对商业休闲空间的空间使用的实证研究。其中,第3章为调研设计,主要介绍案例的选择、研究对象、案例概况及调查方法;第4章为空间使用者的构成与时间的相关性分析,分别根据不同观察日及不同时段分析人流量、年龄结构、组成结构及性别结构的变化,总结不同人群的出行目的和环境需求;第5章为使用者的知觉认知与时间相关性研究,主要包括昼夜心理特征差异、环境需求和环境评价三个方面的研究。第6章为空间使用者行为与时间的相关性研究,分别研究步行行为、休息行为、游戏行为和观演行为四个商业休闲空间主要行为活动的昼夜行为特征差异和环境需求差异。第三部分为结论章节,是对前面六个章节内容的归纳总结。研究发现:(1)夜间时段为商业休闲空间人流量最多的时段,不同属性人群的出行时间具有不同的时间偏好;(2)白天与夜间由于视觉环境的差异,会引起使用者心理感受和知觉认知的变化;(3)使用者的活动在昼夜间具有不同的行为特征规律,因此昼夜的环境需求也存在差异。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the night economy, the night time has become the main time for people to engage in leisure activities. Commercial leisure space as the new favorite of local residents leisure tourism, the phenomenon of night-time activities is more significant.However, the existing public space design is still based on the daytime environmental needs, less consideration of the day and night space users' psychological and activity needs, which is not conducive to the full-time use of space.Therefore, it is very important to explore the difference of space demand of space users with different social attributes in different periods to promote the full-time use of public space.Under the guidance of the relevant theories of urban planning and environmental psychology, this paper takes the use of commercial leisure space as the research object, takes the user's behavior habits and environmental cognition as the breakthrough point, and adopts the activity note method.In the combination of questionnaire survey and pedestrian counting, we analyzed the differences between daytime and nocturnal users' behavioral needs and characteristics from three aspects: the structure of the population, the perception of the users and the behavior of the users.This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the basic research, including chapter 1 and 2.The first chapter is the introduction, which puts forward the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, and through the review of the domestic and foreign research, understand the current research situation of the night space environment, and put forward the research innovation of this topic.The second chapter is to analyze the related concepts and introduce the relevant basic theories, and summarize the common research methods of environmental psychology. On this basis, the research methods and research framework of this topic are put forward.The second part includes Chapter 3 to Chapter 6, which is an empirical study on the space use of commercial leisure space.Among them, the third chapter is the research design, mainly introduces the case selection, the research object, the case survey and the investigation method; the fourth chapter is the space user's constitution and the time correlation analysis, the fourth chapter is the space user's constitution and the time correlation analysis,According to the changes of population flow, age structure, composition structure and sex structure in different observation days and different periods of time, the travel purpose and environmental needs of different groups were summarized.It mainly includes three aspects: diurnal psychological differences, environmental needs and environmental evaluation.Chapter 6 studies the correlation between space users' behavior and time, and studies the difference of the diurnal behavior characteristics and the environmental demand of the main behavior activities in the commercial leisure space, namely walking behavior, rest behavior, game behavior and viewing behavior.The third part is the conclusion chapter, which is the summary of the content of the previous six chapters.The study found that the nocturnal time period is the time of the most people flow in the commercial leisure space, and the travel time of different attribute people has different time preference. (2) the difference between day and night due to the visual environment,The user's activities have different behavior characteristics during the day and night, so the environmental requirements of the day and night are also different.
