某水厂机械加速澄清池BIM运维应用研究

【摘要】:BIM(Building Information Modeling)运维,即将BIM技术与运营维护管理相结合,对建筑的空间、设备资产等进行科学管理,降低运营维护成本。目前,我国的BIM标准还在制定的过程当中,并未出台BIM运维的相关规范,这不仅使得我国BIM在运维阶段的应用案例相对缺乏,还导致目前国内BIM运维软件开发方面尚是空白。同时,作为关乎民生的重点市政工程,从国家安全的层面考虑,又只能使用我国本土开发的BIM运维管理系统,无法使用国外开发相对成熟的BIM运维软件,因而国内BIM运维管理系统的开发问题亟待解决。作为重点市政工程的自来水厂是南水北调项目终端工程,是实现城市总体规划目标的重点项目,在其50年的运营过程中,为城市中数十万甚至上百万的人口提供不间断的自来水供应,是城市的生命线。水厂一旦在运维阶段发生故障和灾害事故,就会产生连锁效应和衍生灾害,直接威胁整个城市的公共安全,给人民生活带来重大影响。但就目前自来水厂的运维管理来说,大多都仅仅停留在对大量运行维护数据进行简单的处理上,管理方法相对落后,管理效率低下,数据资源利用率低,造成资源浪费,甚至部分净水工艺还是传统地依靠工作人员的经验进行管理,更无法实现快速响应以应对突发的事故,因而急需一个高效的运维管理手段,以维持城市生命线的正常运行。基于这些方面的原因,本文通过综合运用了 BIM可视化和信息集成的特点及数据库技术,对水厂中的机械加速澄清池进行基于BIM的运维管理研究。通过分析机械加速澄清池运营维护的特点,并结合其传统的运维管理方法,确立机械加速澄清池在运维过程中设施管理、水质管理和应急响应的管理目标,制定了机械加速澄清池BIM运维标准。搭建了机械加速澄清池BIM模型,并基于模型中数据信息的集成,建立了其运维信息数据库,实现了机加池的三维可视化展示和各类信息的统一存储和管理。在数据库的基础上通过VBA编程,创建了机械加速澄清池运维管理平台,对运行维护阶段的机械加速澄清池进行科学的综合管理,以保障机加池的正常运行。
[Abstract]:The operation and maintenance of BIM(Building Information modeling, which combines BIM technology with operation and maintenance management, scientifically manages the space and equipment assets of buildings, and reduces the cost of operation and maintenance.At present, the BIM standard of our country is still in the process of being formulated, and there is no relevant standard of BIM operation and maintenance, which not only makes the application cases of BIM in operation and maintenance stage relatively lacking, but also leads to the blank of domestic BIM operation and maintenance software development at present.At the same time, as a key municipal project related to people's livelihood, considering from the aspect of national security, we can only use the BIM operation and maintenance management system developed locally in our country, and can't use the relatively mature BIM operation and maintenance software developed abroad.Therefore, the development of domestic BIM operation and maintenance management system needs to be solved.As a key municipal project, the water plant is the terminal project of the South-to-North Water transfer Project and the key project to achieve the goal of the overall urban planning. In the course of its operation for 50 years,Providing an uninterrupted supply of tap water to hundreds of thousands or even millions of people is the lifeline of a city.Once the water plant has the fault and the disaster accident in the operation and maintenance stage, it will produce the chain effect and the derivative disaster, which will directly threaten the public safety of the whole city, and will bring the great influence to the people's life.However, as far as the operation and maintenance management of waterworks is concerned, most of them only stay in the simple processing of a large number of operation and maintenance data. The management method is relatively backward, the management efficiency is low, and the utilization ratio of data resources is low, which results in the waste of resources.Even part of the water purification process has traditionally relied on the experience of the staff to manage, and can not achieve a rapid response to deal with unexpected accidents. Therefore, an efficient operation and maintenance management method is urgently needed to maintain the normal operation of the city lifeline.Based on these reasons, this paper makes use of the characteristics of BIM visualization and information integration and database technology to study the operation and maintenance management of mechanical accelerated clarifier in water plant based on BIM.By analyzing the characteristics of the operation and maintenance of the mechanical accelerated clarifier and combining its traditional operation and maintenance management, the management objectives of facility management, water quality management and emergency response in the process of operation and maintenance of the mechanical accelerated clarifier are established.The operation and maintenance standard of mechanical accelerated clarifier BIM was established.The BIM model of mechanical accelerated clarifier is built, and based on the integration of data information in the model, the operation and maintenance information database is established, which realizes the 3D visualization display of the machine pool and the unified storage and management of all kinds of information.On the basis of database, the operation and maintenance management platform of mechanical accelerated clarifier is established through VBA programming, and the mechanical accelerated clarifier in operation and maintenance stage is managed scientifically and comprehensively, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine and pool.
