兰州现代城市工业格局演变研究

【摘要】：建国至今60余载,兰州城市工业历经了由无到有、从有至精的漫长变化。在这个看似漫长,却又转眼即逝的几十年间,兰州这座城市和城市工业的发展究竟经历了很多,其中有的历史经验值得我们学习,有的值得我们反思。历史总是惊人的相似,兰州现代城市工业的发展脉络与其他工业城市发展的普遍规律的相似之处需要我们去发现,通过对兰州现代城市工业发展中普遍性规律的梳理,总结现代城市工业发展的普遍规律,以便为我国城市工业发展提供理论依据。同时,兰州现代城市工业发展正处于转型期,兰州现代城市工业发展与兰州城市建设发展的未来方向需要我们去探寻,以史为鉴才能更好的发展未来。本文以1949年到2015年之间的兰州市域范围内城市工业格局为研究对象,对工业格局演变的规律进行了研究。其中主要内容:第一章绪论为研究背景、目的与意义,研究方法和技术路线,以及相关理论的阐述,同时对“156项工程”相关研究、工业城市相关研究、工业格局演变相关研究、兰州工业相关研究四个方面进行了综述;第二章简述了兰州工业发展历程,分别从起源、古代工业、近代工业三个方面进行,最后选取了城市性质与定位、城市工业结构、城市空间布局为三个主要演变要素进行介绍;第三章对兰州建国以来历年城市性质与定位分析,得出兰州始终保持以“工业城市”建设为中心的思路和城市性质与定位依据时势变化而逐步调整的基本规律;第四章对工业内部演变进行详细分析,简单叙述兰州现代工业以及其他产业的发展,工业结构变化围绕轻重结构、行业结构、所有制结构三个方面展开分析;第五章简述兰州现代城市工业空间格局的形成过程,对工业用地规模、工业空间结构、工业厂址分布三方面演变进行了详细分析;第六章对兰州现代城市工业格局演变的动力机制进行归纳,分别详细论述了国家重大决策、地方规划政策、社会与经济发展三方面为动力,国家重大决策选取了“156项”重点工程、“三线建设”、西部大开发、“一带一路”四个节点,地方规划政策分析了总体规划编制中的工业布局和政策与工业结构的联动反应,社会与经济发展从需求、规律两方面进行了具体阐述;第七章总结了兰州现代城市工业对兰州城市发展的正反影响,对中国工业城市建设发展的正反影响;第八章最后总结了论文内容、主要创新点以及不足之处。总之,本文主要围绕国家宏观战略、地方规划政策、工业发展内部需求和社会经济发展需求等方面展开研究,并从这些方面对兰州现代城市工业格局演变的动力机制进行分析、归纳、总结,在剖析兰州现代城市工业内部发展机理和城市内部发展机理的前提下,结合外部影响因素进行兰州现代城市工业格局演变研究。最终总结出兰州现代城市工业格局演变过程中在搭建城市架构和促进社会经济发展两方面对兰州城市建设有积极作用,在产业转型升级、城市用地更新、人居环境建设方面有一定消极影响;同时肯定了兰州城市工业格局形成过程中为全国工业城市规划建设带来的积极影响,以及兰州作为老工业城市在工业发展中映射出同时期老工业城市发展的问题。
[Abstract]:For more than 60 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the city industry in Lanzhou has undergone a long and long change from no to one to fine. In this seemingly long and fleeting years, the development of the city and the city industry in Lanzhou has experienced a lot, some of which are worth our study and some worth our reflection. History is always amazing. Similarly, the similarities between the development of modern urban industry in Lanzhou and the general rules of the development of other industrial cities need to be found. By combing the universal laws of the industrial development of modern cities in Lanzhou, the general rules of the development of modern urban industry are summarized in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of urban industry in China. The development of modern urban industry in Lanzhou is in the transition period. The future direction of Lanzhou's modern urban industrial development and the development of Lanzhou city construction needs to be explored to better develop the future. This paper takes the urban industrial pattern of the Lanzhou city between 1949 and 2015 as the research object and evolves the industrial pattern. The main contents of the study are as follows: the first chapter is introduction: the introduction is the research background, the purpose and significance, the research method and the technical route, and the related theory. At the same time, it summarizes the related research of "156 projects", the related research of industrial cities, the related research on the evolution of industrial pattern, and the four aspects of industrial related research in Lanzhou; second The chapter briefly introduces the development course of Lanzhou industry, which is carried out from three aspects of origin, ancient industry and modern industry. Finally, it selects urban nature and positioning, urban industrial structure and urban spatial layout as the three main evolution elements, and the third chapter analyses the nature and location of Lanzhou since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and concludes that Lanzhou has always been maintained. The idea of "industrial city" construction as the center and the basic law of urban nature and positioning according to the change of the current situation; the fourth chapter makes a detailed analysis of the internal evolution of industry, briefly narrating the development of modern industry and other industries in Lanzhou. The changes of industrial structure revolve around the light and heavy structure, industry structure, and ownership structure of three parties. The fifth chapter describes the formation process of the modern urban industrial spatial pattern in Lanzhou, and analyzes the three aspects of the industrial land scale, the industrial space structure and the industrial site distribution in three aspects. The sixth chapter summarizes the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of the industrial pattern of modern cities in Lanzhou, and discusses the major national decision making in detail. Party planning policy, economic and social development in three aspects as the driving force, the state's major decisions and selected the "156 key projects", "three line construction, the development of the western region," The Belt and Road "four nodes, the local planning policy analysis of the linkage reaction in overall planning of industrial layout and industrial structure and policy the social and economic development. From two aspects of demand and law, the seventh chapter summarizes the positive and negative effects of Lanzhou modern city industry on the development of Lanzhou City, the positive and negative effects on the construction and development of China's industrial city; the eighth chapter finally summarizes the content of the paper, the main innovation points and the shortcomings. In conclusion, this article mainly revolves around the national macro strategy and local regulations. The study of the policy, the internal demand of industrial development and the demand for social and economic development, and the analysis, induction and summary of the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of the modern urban industrial pattern in Lanzhou from these aspects, and the analysis of the external influence factors on the premise of analyzing the internal development mechanism of the modern urban industry and the internal development mechanism of the city in Lanzhou. The evolution of modern urban industrial pattern in Lanzhou is carried out. Finally, it is concluded that in the process of the evolution of the modern urban industrial pattern in Lanzhou, two aspects of building urban structure and promoting social and economic development have positive effects on the construction of Lanzhou City, which have some negative effects on the upgrading of industrial transformation, urban land renewal, and the construction of human environment. In the process of the formation of Lanzhou's urban industrial pattern, the positive influence of the national industrial city planning and construction was determined. As well as the old industrial city, Lanzhou, as an old industrial city, mapped the development of the same old industrial city in the same period.
