工程机械车辆近电预警系统研究

【摘要】:自高压电高速发展以来,触电事故就一直如影随形,尤其是机械施工触电跳闸更是屡见不鲜。就中国而言,机械车辆触电造成的人员伤亡以及引起的大规模断电对社会经济都造成了巨大损失。基于电场强度测量技术,本文对机械车辆靠近高压电线时的预警保护系统进行了研究和设计。对现有的一些高压输电线识别方法和设想进行了比较分析,确定使用近电感应检测的方法作为车辆预警出发点。对机械车辆近电预警系统技术指标进行分析,理清了机械车辆近电预警所需要实现的功能。对高压输电线电场分布进行了研究,通过仿真实验,确认其分布规律。根据国标中机械车辆所要求的安全距离,结合电场分布的特点设定了三档不同的比较灵敏度和边界报警的功能。分析了球形传感器测量原理,指出了其测量误差来源,分析畸变电场的影响,通过标准值与测量值的对比分析,得到探头的修正矩阵。设计了机械车辆预警系统的硬件电路和软件程序。系统分为信号采集端和通讯报警端,两者之间通过NRF905无线模块进行数据传输。信号采集端重在信号调理,实现了数据比较判断。通讯报警端重在报警通讯,集成有无线通讯、语音报警、GPS定位、短信通讯和机械车辆紧急制动几大模块。本系统最大的创新点是可以覆盖10kV、11OkV、220kV、330kV四档不同等级的高压输电线安全距离判断,同时设有三档灵敏度和一个自学习型边界报警功能。所设计的机械车辆近电预警系统能够正常工作,基本满足了设计要求。
[Abstract]:Since the high-speed development of high-voltage, electric shock accidents have always been accompanied, especially mechanical construction tripping is common. As far as China is concerned, casualties caused by electric shock of mechanical vehicles and massive power outages have caused enormous social and economic losses. Based on the electric field intensity measurement technology, this paper studies and designs the early warning and protection system of mechanical vehicle near high voltage wire. This paper makes a comparative analysis of some existing methods and ideas of high-voltage transmission line identification, and determines that the method of near-inductance should be used as the starting point of vehicle warning. This paper analyzes the technical index of the mechanical vehicle near electric warning system, and clarifies the function of the mechanical vehicle near electric warning system. The electric field distribution of high voltage transmission line is studied, and its distribution law is confirmed by simulation experiment. According to the safety distance required by mechanical vehicles in the national standard and combined with the characteristics of electric field distribution, three different comparative sensitivities and the function of boundary alarm are set up. The measuring principle of spherical sensor is analyzed, the source of measurement error is pointed out, the influence of distorted electric field is analyzed, and the correction matrix of probe is obtained by comparing the standard value with the measured value. The hardware circuit and software program of the mechanical vehicle warning system are designed. The system is divided into signal acquisition terminal and communication alarm terminal. Data transmission between them is carried out through NRF905 wireless module. The signal acquisition end focuses on the signal conditioning, which realizes the data comparison and judgment. The alarm end of communication focuses on alarm communication, which integrates several modules, such as wireless communication, voice alarm and GPS positioning, short message communication and emergency braking of mechanical vehicles. The biggest innovation of this system is that it can cover 10kV 11OkV 220kV 220kV 330kV high voltage transmission line safety distance judgment, and has three sensitivity and a self-learning boundary alarm function at the same time. The designed mechanical vehicle near-electric warning system can work normally and basically meets the design requirements.
