西安典型城市风道景区建设调查及优化策略研究

【摘要】:截止到2015年底,我国常住人口城镇化率已达到56%,伴随城市化进程的快速推进,城市发展空间不断向外扩张,占用农田、河流等绿色开敞空间,高强度的土地开发与城市建设,使城市的下垫面性质发生了较大变化,对城市的风热环境产生了负面影响。城市风道景区不仅为社会大众提供了游憩赏景场所,作为落实城市风道研究的重要“切入点”,能强化城市低空大气的循环流动,缓解城市热岛效应、雾霾天气及大气污染等气候环境问题,提升城市空气质量,有效改善城市内部通风环境,促进城市形成高效顺畅的“呼吸系统”。首先,本文阐述了“风道+景区”建设新理念,分析了国内外的相关理论与当前实践研究现状,并对城市风道景区的空间范围、主要特性、具体类型以及影响因素等方面进行了初步的基础性研究。其次,在对风道景区前期研究的基础上,论文以西安市为例,分析了城市通风环境以及风道体系的建设现状,梳理了西安主城区的城市景区资源,通过两者的叠合分析,筛选出西安主城区范围内的城市风道景区。之后从空间分布、资源类型两方面归类了西安城市风道景区资源,进而依循一定的标准选择了若干个景区作为本次论文开展调查的典型重点。最后,本文尝试性地通过模糊综合评判法对西安典型城市风道景区及其周边关联生态空间发展现状进行了通风导向下的评价分析,量化城市风道景区的通风效能,在此基础上分析了景区总体通风效能,明确了典型风道景区通风环境面临的主要问题,并相应地从规划、建设与管理三方面针对不同类型风道景区提出了具有可操作性的优化提升策略。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2015, the urbanization rate of resident population in our country has reached 56. with the rapid development of urbanization, the urban development space is constantly expanding outward, occupying green open space such as farmland, rivers, high intensity land development and urban construction. The property of the underlying surface of the city has changed greatly, which has a negative effect on the wind and heat environment of the city. Urban wind-track scenic spots not only provide the public with a scenic spot for recreation, but also serve as an important "entry point" for the implementation of urban wind channel research, which can strengthen the circulation of urban low-altitude atmosphere and alleviate the urban heat island effect. Haze weather and air pollution and other climatic and environmental problems, improve urban air quality, effectively improve the urban ventilation environment, promote the city to form an efficient and smooth "respiratory system". First of all, this paper expounds the new concept of "wind-road scenic spot" construction, analyzes the domestic and foreign related theories and current practical research status, and analyzes the spatial scope and main characteristics of urban wind-way scenic spot. The specific types and influencing factors were studied in this paper. Secondly, on the basis of the preliminary study of the wind-road scenic spot, taking Xi'an as an example, the paper analyzes the present situation of the urban ventilation environment and the construction of the wind-way system, combs the urban scenic area resources of Xi'an main urban area, and analyzes the overlap of the two. The main urban area of Xi'an is screened out. After that, it classifies the resources of Xi'an City Fengdao scenic spot from two aspects of spatial distribution and resource type, and then selects a number of scenic spots as the typical focus of this paper to carry out the investigation according to certain standards. Finally, this paper tries to evaluate and analyze the development status of the typical urban wind-road scenic spot and its related ecological space in Xi'an by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and quantifies the ventilation efficiency of the urban wind-track scenic spot. On this basis, the paper analyzes the overall ventilation efficiency of scenic spots, clarifies the main problems faced by the ventilation environment of typical wind-way scenic spots, and correspondingly, from the planning, Three aspects of construction and management for different types of wind scenic spots put forward operable optimization promotion strategy.
