绿色交通理念下城市综合交通规划研究

【摘要】：近年来,城市机动车迅速增长,越来越多的私人轿车进入家庭,给城市带来了前所未有的冲击,尽管各个管理部门已经在积极治理,但是成效甚微,如何有效缓解城市交通拥堵和环境污染等问题,构建更加高效、便捷的绿色交通体系已经成为城市发展必须重视的问题。论文从绿色交通的角度出发,首先阐述了当前国内外绿色交通和综合交通的发展现状,总结分析出我国综合交通发展中的问题。随后,通过对绿色交通理念的系统介绍,提出城市综合交通评价指标体系的构建原则,并运用PESTEL模型对舟山本岛城市综合交通发展环境进行了分析,指出当前舟山本岛综合交通发展恰逢国家发展的战略机遇期;然后,论文运用层次分析法对舟山本岛绿色交通运输体系的指标权重进行评估,为舟山后续的交通规划提供指导;最后,运用逼近理想解排序法对舟山本岛绿色交通发展基础进行评价,分析表明,舟山本岛绿色交通发展基础良好,未来的交通规划有很大的提升空间。根据以上的评价分析结果,论文从绿色交通理念出发,运用“四阶段法”对舟山本岛未来的交通流量进行了预测,又分别从对外交通、岛际交通和城市交通三个方面对舟山本岛的综合交通进行了相应的规划研究。文章指出,未来舟山本岛要积极对接国家发展战略、融合上海和宁波都市圈,推进城市步行、自行车和公交等慢行交通体系建设,构建远眺国际、辐射内陆、高效便捷、绿色环保的综合交通体系。本文限于收集的指标数量和范围尚不足够,研究结果具有一定的不确定性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of urban motor vehicles, more and more private cars have entered the family, which has brought unprecedented impact to the city. How to effectively alleviate urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution and build a more efficient and convenient green transportation system has become a problem that must be paid attention to in urban development. From the point of view of green traffic, this paper first expounds the current situation of green traffic and integrated transportation at home and abroad, and summarizes and analyzes the problems in the development of integrated transportation in China. Then, through the systematic introduction of the concept of green traffic, the paper puts forward the construction principle of the evaluation index system of urban comprehensive traffic, and analyzes the comprehensive traffic development environment of Zhoushan Island by using PESTEL model. It is pointed out that the comprehensive traffic development of Zhoushan Island coincides with the strategic opportunity period of national development, and then the paper evaluates the index weight of Zhoushan Island green transportation system by using AHP to provide guidance for the subsequent traffic planning of Zhoushan. Finally, the paper evaluates the development foundation of green traffic in Zhoushan Island by using the method of approximate ideal solution. The analysis shows that the green traffic development foundation of Zhoushan Island is good, and the future traffic planning has great room for improvement. According to the above evaluation and analysis results, the paper uses the "four-stage method" to predict the future traffic flow of Zhoushan Island, and separately from the external traffic, starting from the concept of green transportation. The integrated traffic planning of Zhoushan Island is studied in three aspects: interisland traffic and urban traffic. The article points out that Zhoushan Island should actively connect with the national development strategy in the future, integrate Shanghai and Ningbo metropolitan areas, promote the construction of slow transportation systems such as urban walking, bicycles and public transport, and build an international view, radiation inland, efficient and convenient.
