绿色养老建筑评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:随着养老建筑对绿色、生态、环保的要求越来越高,绿色养老建筑应运而生。但是,我国庞大的建筑行业标准规范系统中暂无有关绿色养老建筑设计、评价规范的“身影”,因此无从对绿色养老建筑的建设进行合理的规范以及针对性的评价。在此背景下,本论文开展以下研究工作:首先,论文对绿色建筑相关的评价标准以及与养老建筑相关的设计规范开展调研工作,包括的新版《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T 50378-2014、《绿色医院建筑评价标准》GB/T 51153-2015、《城镇老年人设施建筑规划规范》GB 50437、《老年人居住建筑设计标准》GB/T 50340、《养老设施建筑设计规范》GB/T 50867等。随后,对绿色建筑评价标准和绿色医院建筑评价标准进行分析,并在此基础上将绿色建筑评价标准的公共建筑评价指标体系与绿色医院建筑评价指标体系从节地、节能、节水、节材、室外环境质量、运营管理和创新七类指标进行比较研究,总结两大标准的评价指标差异。并且从养老建筑的场地规划、无障碍设计、建筑室内物理环境、建筑设备、基础服务设施等方面研究其建设特点。在上述理论基础上,对绿色养老建筑评价指标体系的建立原则进行分析,并以现行《绿色建筑评价标准》的评价指标体系为基础,结合养老建筑的特点,构建养老建筑的绿色评价指标体系。最后,利用本论文构建的绿色养老建筑评价指标体系对上海佘山疗养院建筑设计进行模拟评价,通过与现行国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》评价结果的比较,揭示其在针对性、适老性均能很好的适应对养老建筑的评价。本文的研究旨在为今后绿色养老建筑评价指标体系的深入研究和建立提供资料和指导性建议。
[Abstract]:With the requirement of green, ecological and environmental protection, green pension building emerges as the times require. However, there is no "shadow" of green old-age architecture design and evaluation criterion in the huge construction industry standard system of our country, so it is impossible to carry on reasonable standard and targeted evaluation to the construction of green old-age care building. Under this background, this paper carries out the following research work: first, the paper carries on the research work to the green building related evaluation standard and the design standard related to the old-age building. The new edition of "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T 50378-2014, "Green Hospital Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T 51153-2015, "Urban elderly facilities Building Planning Code" GB50437, "Old people's Residential Building Design Standard" GB/T 50340, "Old-age facilities Building Design Code" GB/T 50867, etc. Then, the green building evaluation standard and the green hospital building evaluation standard are analyzed, and on this basis, the public building evaluation index system of the green building evaluation standard and the green hospital building evaluation index system are analyzed from the aspects of saving land, saving energy and saving water. This paper compares seven indexes of saving material, outdoor environmental quality, operation management and innovation, and summarizes the difference of evaluation indexes between the two standards. It also studies the characteristics of the building from the aspects of site planning, barrier-free design, indoor physical environment, construction equipment, basic service facilities and so on. On the basis of the above theory, this paper analyzes the establishment principle of the evaluation index system of green old-age building, and based on the evaluation index system of current "Green Building Evaluation Standard", combines the characteristics of the old-age building, Construct the green evaluation index system of endowment building. Finally, by using the evaluation index system of green old-age building constructed in this paper, the architectural design of Shanghai Sheshan sanatorium is simulated and evaluated. By comparing with the evaluation results of the current national standard, "Green Building Evaluation Standard", this paper reveals its pertinence. Aging can be well adapted to the evaluation of pension buildings. The purpose of this paper is to provide information and guidance suggestions for the further study and establishment of the evaluation index system of green pension buildings in the future.
