【摘要】:现代的城市化建设步伐逐渐加快,我国的建筑行业正在不断的发展壮大中,施工质量等受到越来越多的重视,特别是对于混凝土质量的要求越来越高。就高层建筑而言,底板作为其关键部位,拥有着重要的功能和作用,所以底板混凝土质量就变得尤为重要,特别是厚底板大体积混凝土。本次研究主要是针对高层建筑底板大体积混凝土的裂缝控制进行的,结合其结构特点,从混凝土配合比优化、结构施工技术、施工过程控制及养护措施等方面入手,深入分析厚底板大体积混凝土裂缝形成机理和防治措施,进而有效的对厚底板大体积混凝土裂缝控制的施工技术加以掌握,增加未来施工的实践经验。第一,本文根据混凝土裂缝理论,对混凝土裂缝的形成原因进行了分析,并结合温度应力理论,介绍与论述了温度应力及应变对混凝土裂缝形成的影响。第二,本文结合裂缝形成的原因以及温度应力对混凝土裂缝的影响,深入分析混凝土裂缝的预防措施,从温度的变化控制、配合比的控制、养护措施的控制等方面论述了如何预防混凝土裂缝形成。第三,本文对高层建筑厚底板大体积混凝土的特点进行了阐述,并结合裂缝的形成与控制的分析结果,从模板、钢筋、混凝土等不同施工环节入手,对其施工特征和技术加以分析。第四,本文将北京城建-世华泊郡小区底板大体积混凝土的施工情况作为主要案例,并结合裂缝成因分析和预防措施分析,分别阐述混凝土配合比的优化、混凝土出机温度的控制、冷却系统的布置、混凝土的泵送与浇筑技术、大体积混凝土内部温度的监测控制与后期养护等相关施工技术措施。通过大体积混凝土裂缝控制实施效果表明,关于大体积混凝土的裂缝控制,上述措施是切实可行的,并取得了良好的效果,同时大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制技术措施是科学、规范的。
[Abstract]:The pace of the construction of modern urbanization is speeding up gradually, the construction industry of our country is developing constantly, the construction quality and so on are paid more and more attention, especially the demand for the quality of concrete is more and more high. As the key part of high-rise building, the bottom slab has important function and function, so the quality of floor concrete becomes more and more important, especially the mass concrete of thick floor. This research is mainly aimed at crack control of mass concrete of floor slab of high-rise building, combining with its structural characteristics, starting with optimization of concrete mix ratio, structure construction technology, construction process control and maintenance measures, etc. The forming mechanism and prevention measures of mass concrete cracks in thick floor slab are analyzed in depth, and the construction technology of crack control in thick floor slab mass concrete is effectively grasped, and the practical experience of construction in the future is increased. Firstly, according to the theory of concrete crack, this paper analyzes the cause of concrete crack formation, and introduces and discusses the influence of temperature stress and strain on concrete crack formation combined with the theory of temperature stress. Secondly, considering the reason of crack formation and the influence of temperature stress on concrete crack, this paper analyzes the preventive measures of concrete crack, including the control of temperature change and the control of mix ratio. How to prevent the formation of concrete cracks is discussed in the aspects of control of maintenance measures. Thirdly, this paper expounds the characteristics of mass concrete of thick floor slab of high-rise building, and combines the analysis results of crack formation and control, starting with different construction links, such as formwork, steel bar, concrete and so on. The construction characteristics and technology are analyzed. Fourth, this paper takes the construction of mass concrete in the floor of Beijing City Construction-Shihuapo County District as the main case, and combined with crack cause analysis and preventive measures analysis, respectively, describes the optimization of concrete mix ratio. Related construction measures such as temperature control of concrete outlet machine, arrangement of cooling system, pumping and pouring technology of concrete, monitoring and control of internal temperature of mass concrete and later maintenance etc. The effect of crack control in mass concrete shows that the above measures are feasible and effective, and the technical measures of temperature crack control of mass concrete are scientific.
