基于可变模糊集理论的大直径浅圆仓仓顶施工方案综合效益评价

【摘要】:浅圆仓拥有机械化使用程度高、抗震性能良好等诸多优势,渐渐成为我国近年来大力推广应用的一种仓型。而目前大直径浅圆仓仓顶传统施搭设脚手架施工的方式在一定程度上存在着问题,鉴于此,提出一种新型的大直径浅圆仓仓顶施工方式,并结合传统施工方式以及滑模平台施工对三种施工方式进行科学评价优选,为实际施工提供指导。本文在研究分析了国内外研究现状的情况下,介绍了目前大直径浅圆仓主要的结构形式以及各自的特点,阐述了已有大直径浅圆仓仓顶施工方式基本施工工艺及特点并提出新的施工方法;其次,根据施工方案综合效益比选的特点将可变模糊优选模型与网络层次分析法进行结合,并应用到大直径浅圆仓仓顶施工方案优选中;在介绍了可变模糊优选与层次分析法的根本思想及操作方法后,以施工方案优选作为目标层,施工便捷性要求、经济合理性要求、施工质量要求、施工安全要求四个因素作为控制层,构建可变模糊网络优选模型,在可变模糊优选模型中以施工工期、施工难度、施工成本(人工、材料、机械使用费)等11个因素为评价指标体系,使用网络层次分析法对指标进行赋权计算并将可变模糊优选方法应用到备选施工方案的优选过程中。在案例分析过程中,首先根据不同施工技术方案,结合建设工程工程量清单综合单价进行人工、材料以及机械消耗的定量分析,其次,使用Super Decision决策软件构建准则层的11个评价指标的网络模型,并计算其权重,通过构建的可变模糊网络模型对大直径浅圆仓仓顶施工备选满堂脚手架施工法、滑模平台兼做施工平台法、型钢桁架支撑预制锥壳板吊装施工三种方案进行优选。结果表明,将可变模糊网络层次分析法运用到大直径浅圆仓仓顶施工方案综合效益比选中是行之有效的,进而为大直径浅圆仓仓顶施工方案决策提供较为全面的决策方法。
[Abstract]:The shallow round warehouse has many advantages such as high mechanization and good seismic performance. It has gradually become a kind of warehouse type which has been popularized and applied in China in recent years. At present, there are some problems in the traditional scaffolding construction of large diameter shallow round silo roof. In view of this, a new type of large diameter shallow round silo roof construction method is put forward. Combined with the traditional construction method and the sliding formwork platform construction, the scientific evaluation of the three construction methods is carried out, which provides guidance for the actual construction. In this paper, the main structural forms and their characteristics of large diameter shallow silo are introduced in this paper, based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad. This paper expounds the basic construction technology and characteristics of the existing construction methods of the large diameter shallow round silo roof and puts forward a new construction method. Secondly, the variable fuzzy optimal selection model is combined with the network analytic hierarchy process according to the characteristics of the comprehensive benefit comparison and selection of the construction scheme. After introducing the basic idea and operation method of variable fuzzy optimal selection and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the optimal selection of construction scheme as the target layer, the requirement of construction convenience, the requirement of economic rationality, is applied to the optimal selection of large diameter shallow silo roof. Construction quality requirements, construction safety requirements as the control layer, the construction of variable fuzzy network optimal selection model, in the variable fuzzy optimal selection model with construction time, construction difficulty, construction cost (manual, material, material), Eleven factors, such as machine usage fee, are used to evaluate the index system. The weighted index is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the variable fuzzy optimal selection method is applied to the optimal selection process of the alternative construction scheme. In the process of case analysis, first of all, according to different construction technical schemes, combined with the comprehensive unit price of construction engineering quantity list, quantitative analysis of labor, material and mechanical consumption is carried out, and secondly, Using Super Decision decision software, the network model of 11 evaluation indexes of criterion layer is constructed, and its weight is calculated. Through the construction of variable fuzzy network model, the construction method of full hall scaffolding for the top of large diameter shallow round warehouse is proposed. Sliding formwork platform and construction platform method, steel truss support prefabricated conical shell plate hoisting construction three kinds of optimal selection. The results show that it is effective to apply the variable fuzzy network analytic hierarchy process to the comprehensive benefit ratio selection of the construction scheme of the large diameter shallow round silo roof, and thus provide a more comprehensive decision method for the decision-making of the construction scheme of the large diameter shallow round silo roof.
