钢梁—轻骨料混凝土柱节点受力性能有限元分析

【摘要】:钢梁-轻骨料混凝土柱组合结构结合了两种材料同样轻质高强的特点,即能从经济方面又能从合理角度充分发挥出钢材和轻骨料混凝土的力学性能。近些年来,在发达国家例如美国、日本等受到越来越广泛的应用。钢梁-钢筋混凝土柱结构即使对纯钢结构和钢筋混凝土结构的一种继承同时又是对这两种结构的一种发展。本论文主要是通过有限元软件ABAQUS进行一系列分析。文章一共分5个章节,第一章为绪论。第二章主要介绍有限元建模方法、注意事项以及本构模型的选择。第三章在章节开头对已完成的试验的现象及结果进行了简单阐述,并建立与试验相同的有限元模型验证了模型的可行性。第四章主要建立了两类节点的有限元模型并采用单调荷载的加载方式。并对两者的有限元结果进行对比,验证新型节点的承载力是否有所提高。第五章一方面对比两类节点在地震作用下的抗震能力,验证新型节点的抗震性能是否优于原有节点。另一方面通过有限元模拟,分析了不同轴压比对新型节点抗震性能的影响。本文主要根据钢梁-钢筋混凝土柱结构的已有节点连接试验,验证有限元分析的可行性以及通过有限元软件分析钢梁-轻骨料混凝土柱节点的受力性能。并根据T型钢的节点连接方式提出一种不等边角钢连接的新型节点连接方式。用有限元软件ABAQUS建立单调荷载下以及循环荷载下两种模型,并与原有节点在这两种加载方式下的有限元模型计算结果进行对比,分析新型节点钢梁-轻骨料混凝土柱结构中可行性。
[Abstract]:The composite structure of steel beam-light aggregate concrete column combines the characteristics of two kinds of materials with the same light weight and high strength, that is, it can give full play to the mechanical properties of steel and lightweight aggregate concrete from the aspect of economy as well as from a reasonable point of view. In recent years, in developed countries such as the United States, Japan and so on are more and more widely used. The steel beam-reinforced concrete column structure not only inherits the pure steel structure and the reinforced concrete structure, but also develops the two kinds of structures. This paper mainly carries on a series of analysis through finite element software ABAQUS. The article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter mainly introduces the finite element modeling method, matters needing attention and the choice of constitutive model. At the beginning of chapter three, the phenomena and results of the completed experiments are briefly described, and the same finite element model is established to verify the feasibility of the model. In chapter 4, the finite element model of two kinds of nodes is established and the loading mode of monotone load is adopted. The finite element results are compared to verify whether the bearing capacity of the new joints has been improved. The fifth chapter compares the seismic capacity of the two types of joints under earthquake and verifies whether the seismic performance of the new joints is better than that of the original joints. On the other hand, through finite element simulation, the influence of different axial compression ratio on seismic performance of new joints is analyzed. In this paper, the feasibility of finite element analysis and the mechanical behavior of steel beam-light aggregate concrete column joints are analyzed by means of the existing joint connection test of steel beam-reinforced concrete column structure. According to the joint connection mode of T section steel, a new joint connection mode with unequal edge angle steel connection is proposed. The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish two models under monotone load and cyclic load, and the results are compared with the results of finite element model under these two loading modes. The feasibility of a new type of steel beam-light aggregate concrete column structure is analyzed.
