基于行为心理的儿童医院候诊空间设计研究

【摘要】：门急诊楼作为当今儿童医院重要的构成区域,是陪护人员与病人主要集中的区域。候诊空间又是门急诊楼整体空间的重要组成部分,从位置上来说属于公共空间,功能上连接了诊室与交通空间,是家属与患者沟通互动最主要的场所。其空间设计与组织对门急诊楼的秩序有着重大的影响。当人们对心理精神层面的需求越来越高的时候,空间环境受到越来越多的重视,通过精心设计的候诊空间能减少使用者的不良情绪。针对功能及使用人群特殊化的儿童医院,其候诊空间被视作可以用来合理减弱患儿及其陪护人员的负面情绪一种重要的空间,这已是儿童医院设计的重要趋势。本文在实地调研和查阅大量文献资料的基础之上进行了充分的研究,分析了儿童医院候诊空间主要使用人群的不同行为心理需求、儿童医院候诊空间设计的要素,并总结了近年来儿童医学与建筑设计的新观念和新趋势,对其中适用于候诊空间设计的要素进行提炼和总结,综合归纳分析出基于使用者行为心理的儿童医院候诊空间设计策略。期待能够为今后儿童医院候诊空间的设计提供一定的参照与建议。
[Abstract]:As an important area of children's hospital, the outpatient and emergency building is the main area where the attendants and patients are concentrated. Waiting space is also an important part of the whole space of the outpatient and emergency building. It belongs to the public space from the position and connects the diagnosis room and the traffic space. It is the main place of communication and interaction between the family and the patient. Its space design and organization have a significant impact on the order of emergency buildings. When people need more and more mental and psychological aspects, more and more attention is paid to the spatial environment. The well-designed waiting space can reduce the bad emotions of the users. For children's hospitals with special functions and users, the waiting space is regarded as an important space to reasonably reduce the negative emotions of children and their companions, which has become an important trend in the design of children's hospitals. Based on the field investigation and reference of a large number of literature, this paper makes a full study, analyzes the different behavioral and psychological needs of the people who mainly use the waiting space in the children's hospital, and the elements of the design of the waiting space in the children's hospital. The new concepts and trends of children's medicine and architectural design in recent years are summarized, and the elements suitable for the design of waiting spaces are refined and summarized. The strategy of waiting space design in children's hospital based on user's behavior psychology is summarized and analyzed. It is expected to provide some reference and suggestions for the design of waiting space in children's hospital.
