一种新型智能迫击炮灭火弹的设计与研究

【摘要】:高危场所消防、高层建筑消防以及森林消防做为一个世界性的难题已经越来越被重视,由于这些场所发生火灾后的不确定性,给灭火工作带来了极大的困难。灭火弹做为一种新型的灭火设备,能够实现远距离灭火,可以有效地应对这些场所的火灾。目前,世界各国都在该领域进行了探索与研究并研制出了一系列相关的灭火产品。本课题的目标是以某动员中心的一些灭火弹产品为基础研制一种新型的智能灭火弹,该灭火弹由发射装置发射后,能够自主探测火场的信息,达到起爆要求后,智能起爆灭火弹使其在火场上空爆炸抛洒灭火剂。本文介绍了国内外灭火设备的发展现状。通过对所针对的火灾场所的分析,以动员中心的几款灭火弹产品为基础,提出了一种新型的以智能控制引信为核心的灭火弹总体设计方案,并重点介绍了灭火弹的核心部分的设计——智能引信控制系统的设计。完成了灭火弹的总体设计后,又对灭火弹的各个方面进行了分析与研究,验证灭火弹是否能够满足要求。具体分析有以下几个点:(1)利用ANSYS对灭火弹的尾翼进行了分析与校核,通过SolidWorks建立了灭火弹尾翼的模型然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对灭火弹的尾翼进行了有限元分析。(2)对灭火弹的内外弹道进行了分析。内外弹道关系着灭火弹从开始击发到飞向着火点这个过程的飞行稳定性,因此需要对灭火弹的内外弹道建立数学模型然后利用MATLAB软件对灭火弹的内外弹道进行仿真,并得到了灭外弹内外弹道的参数。(3)对灭火弹的爆炸抛洒与灭火效能进行了研究,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA、AUTODYN软件对灭火弹的爆炸抛撒过程进行仿真,建立了灭火弹爆炸抛撒的数学模型,提出了评估灭火效能的方法。
[Abstract]:As a worldwide problem, fire protection in high risk places, high-rise buildings and forest buildings has been paid more and more attention. Because of the uncertainty after fire in these places, it has brought great difficulties to the fire extinguishing work. As a new type of fire extinguishing equipment, the projectile can be used to extinguish the fire in long distance and effectively deal with the fire in these places. At present, countries all over the world have explored and researched in this field and developed a series of related extinguishing products. The goal of this project is to develop a new type of intelligent fire extinguishing projectile based on some fire-extinguishing projectile products of a mobilization center. After being fired by the launcher, the projectile can independently detect the information of the fire site and meet the requirements of the detonation. The intelligent fire-extinguishing bomb causes it to explode and sprinkle with fire extinguishing agent over the fire site. This paper introduces the development of fire extinguishing equipment at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the fire site, and based on several firefighting projectile products of the mobilization center, a new type of overall design scheme of fire-extinguishing projectile with intelligent control fuze as the core is put forward. The design of intelligent fuze control system is introduced in detail. After the overall design of the fire-extinguishing bomb is completed, the various aspects of the fire-extinguishing bomb are analyzed and studied to verify whether the fire-extinguishing bomb can meet the requirements. Specific analysis has the following several points: 1) using ANSYS to analyze and check the tail wing of the fire-extinguishing bomb, The model of the tail wing of the fire extinguishing bomb is established by SolidWorks. Then the interior and exterior trajectory of the fire extinguishing bomb is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The internal and external trajectory is related to the flight stability of the fire extinguishing projectile from the beginning to the point of fire, so it is necessary to establish a mathematical model of the fire extinguishing projectile's interior and exterior trajectory and then use MATLAB software to simulate the fire extinguishing bomb's interior and exterior trajectory. The parameters of the exterior and exterior ballistic trajectory of the projectile are obtained. The explosion sprinkling and the fire extinguishing efficiency of the projectile are studied. The mathematical model of the explosion throwing is established by using ANSYS / LS-DYNANAA AUTODYN software to simulate the process of the explosion sprinkling of the fire-extinguishing bomb, and the mathematical model of the explosion and throwing of the projectile is set up by using ANSYS / LS-DYNAAUTODYN. A method for evaluating fire extinguishing efficiency is presented.
