【摘要】:某市市民服务中心属于综合性民用建筑,规划总用地约23840m2,建筑总面积36133m2,地下建筑面积9122m2,地上建筑面积27011m2,建筑体积119820m3。该建筑的给水与排水设计为此次毕业设计的题目。该建筑耐火等级二级,地下一层为汽车库,地下车库分为五个防火分区,一层至二层分为三个防火分区,三层分为二个防火分区,四至五层分为一个防火分区。主体部分为办公楼、餐厅,建筑高度22.05m,室内外地面高差0.45m,地下一层层高3.8m,地上一层至二层层高4.5m,三层至五层层高4.2m。根据建筑物性质、用途,对该建筑的给水系统、热水系统、生活排水系统、雨水系统、消火栓给水系统、喷淋给水系统、灭火器系统七个部分进行设计计算并完成施工图设计。在给水设计中,根据市政水压资料,对建筑物给水进行分区,合理利用市政给水直接供给,通过对不同给水方式对比,采用一至三层市政管网供水,四层以上及餐厅给水采用罐式无负压给水设备供水;在生活热水设计中,根据本地的气象资料和计算,采用在屋面设置高效太阳能热水器和辅助电加热设备供应,太阳能采用开式系统;在消防系统设计中,需根据建筑的建筑高度、建筑等级、设置场所火灾危险等级,合理布置消火栓、喷头、灭火器等;在排水设计中,主要考虑如何选择合理的卫生间布置形式,由于本工程地下车库防火分区比较多,排水管穿越防火分区需采用铸铁管,承插式柔性接口;在雨水设计中,主要考虑需要排除雨水的区域汇水面积,以及上层屋顶与下层裙房屋顶的雨水转输关系等。此外,本文还进行成本计算,并对工程的风险进行了评价。由于本工程设有一定的专管人员负责,并对可能存在的安全问题进行考察、监督。并且,此项目得到了政府部门的大力支持,并给予了一定的指导、建议。所以,危险等级较小,此工程满足绿色、经济、可持续的发展。
[Abstract]:A certain city citizen service center belongs to the comprehensive civil construction, the total planning land is about 23840m2, the total building area is 36133m2, the underground building area is 9122m2, the above ground building area is 27011m2, the building volume is 119820m3. The design of water supply and sewerage for the building is the subject of this graduation design. The fire resistance grade of the building is two, the first basement is a garage, the underground garage is divided into five fire prevention zones, one to two layers are divided into three fire prevention zones, three layers are divided into two fire prevention zones, four to five layers are divided into one fire prevention zone. The main part is office building, dining room, building height 22.05m, the difference of ground height between indoor and outdoor is 0.45m, the underground layer is 3.8m, the ground floor is 4.5m from the first layer to the second layer, and the height between the third layer and the fifth layer is 4.2m. According to the nature and use of the building, seven parts of water supply system, hot water system, domestic drainage system, Rain Water system, hydrant water supply system, sprinkler water supply system and fire extinguisher system are designed and calculated and the construction drawings are designed. In the design of water supply, according to the data of municipal water pressure, the water supply of buildings is partitioned, and the direct supply of municipal water is reasonably utilized. Through the comparison of different water supply modes, one to three layers of municipal pipe networks are used to supply water. In the design of domestic hot water, high efficiency solar water heater and auxiliary electric heating equipment are installed in roof according to local meteorological data and calculation. The solar energy adopts the open type system; in the fire protection system design, according to the building height, the building grade, the place fire danger grade, the reasonable arrangement fire hydrant, the sprinkler, the fire extinguisher etc. In the drainage design, The main consideration is how to choose the reasonable toilet layout form. As there are more fire prevention zones in the underground garage of this project, cast iron pipe and socket flexible interface should be adopted in the design of the drainage pipe through the fire prevention zone; in the design of Rain Water, This paper mainly considers the area where Rain Water should be excluded, and the relation of Rain Water transfer between upper roof and lower skirt roof, etc. In addition, this paper also carries on the cost calculation, and carries on the appraisal to the project risk. As the project has some special personnel responsible for the possible safety problems to investigate and supervise. Moreover, this project has been strongly supported by the government, and given some guidance and suggestions. Therefore, the risk level is small, and the project meets green, economic, and sustainable development.
