升流式柱状炭滤池与破碎炭滤池中试对比研究

【摘要】:以升流式柱状炭滤池和破碎炭滤池为研究对象,探讨不同形式炭滤池的净水效果、水头损失及对后续工艺的影响。结果表明,柱状炭滤池对浊度的截留量较少,不存在炭层积泥板结现象,对NH_3~-N去除率可达90%以上,对有机物也有一定去除作用,水头损失较低,初滤水浊度不高;而破碎炭滤池虽然基本不截留浊度,有机物去除效果较好,但对NH_3~-N去除率较低,水头损失较高,初滤水浊度较高。
[Abstract]:Taking upflow columnar carbon filter and broken carbon filter as the research object, the water purification effect, head loss and the influence on subsequent process of different carbon filter were discussed. The results showed that the turbidity of columnar carbon filter was less, there was no carbon laminated mud, the removal rate of NH_3~-N was more than 90%, the organic matter was also removed, the head loss was low, and the turbidity of primary filtration water was not high. Although the broken carbon filter does not retain turbidity basically, the organic matter removal efficiency is better, but the removal rate of NH_3~-N is lower, the head loss is higher, and the turbidity of primary filtration water is higher.
