中国传统雨水利用智慧在海绵城市建设中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着城市化进程的加快,人们对水生态环境造成了严重的破坏。面对日益频繁的干旱与内涝,国家提出了海绵城市的理念,总结出了许多现代化的雨水利用技术和方法。然而中国文化博大精深,在长久的历史发展进程中,对于雨水资源的合理利用、解决不同地域的缺水与雨水泛滥等问题方面,也累出了自己独有的智慧。建造并形成的各种类型雨水利用设施和技术中蕴含着人水和谐的地影响开发理念,有些成功地延续到了今天仍然发挥作用。在现代海绵城市的建设过程中,当我们致力于学习国外先进雨水利用技术的时候,却忽略了自己土地上衍生出来的、最适用于地域本土的传统雨水利用方式。本研究在这样的背景之下,提出“中国传统雨水利用智慧及在海绵城市建设中的应用研究”这一课题。研究的基础是中国传统的雨水利用智慧,结合生态学、景观设计学理论,探索将传统雨水利用智慧中提取出的文化、制度与技术措施应用与现代海绵城市建设中的途径。首先,以传统雨水利用为背景,采用文献搜集、整理、分析等方法,从雨水利用文化层面、制度层面以及措施层面总结出在农业、生产、生活中的传统雨水利用智慧。传统雨水利用措施层面,以干旱半干旱地区、湿润半湿润地区县志为基础资料,整理出富有地方特性的的雨水利用措施,并对其进行了分析。其次,在上一部分研究的基础上,整合出传统雨水利用智慧中蕴含的人水和谐的观念、基于人水和谐理念下的多方参与的水资源管理制度、因地制宜的雨水资源以及传统雨水利用技术的延续方式,传统探索其在现代海绵城市建设中的继承方式。最后,进行实证案例研究,分析了河南鹤壁海绵城市建造中传统雨水利用智慧的体现,对前文所研究的理论及方法进一步的论证。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, people have caused serious damage to the water ecological environment. In the face of increasingly frequent drought and waterlogging, the concept of sponge city is put forward, and many modern Rain Water utilization techniques and methods are summarized. However, Chinese culture is extensive and profound, in the long history of development, the rational use of Rain Water resources, to solve the problems of water shortage and Rain Water flooding in different regions, has also accumulated their own unique wisdom. The construction and formation of various types of Rain Water facilities and technologies contain the concept of harmonious impact of human and water development, some successfully continue to play a role today. In the process of construction of modern sponge city, when we devote ourselves to studying the advanced Rain Water utilization technology in foreign countries, we neglect the traditional Rain Water utilization mode which is derived from our own land and is most suitable for the local area. Under this background, this paper puts forward the subject of "Chinese traditional Rain Water using wisdom and its application in sponge city construction". The research is based on the Chinese traditional Rain Water using wisdom, combined with ecology, landscape design theory, to explore the traditional Rain Water from the wisdom extracted from the application of culture, institutions and technical measures and modern sponge city construction. First of all, with the background of traditional Rain Water utilization, using the methods of literature collection, collation and analysis, this paper summarizes the wisdom of traditional Rain Water in agriculture, production and daily life from the aspects of culture, institution and measure of Rain Water utilization. On the level of traditional Rain Water utilization measures, based on county records of arid and semi-arid areas and humid and sub-humid regions, the Rain Water utilization measures with rich local characteristics were sorted out and analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of the previous part of the research, the paper integrates the concept of harmony between human and water contained in the wisdom of traditional Rain Water, and the multi-participation water resources management system based on the concept of harmony of human and water. According to the local conditions, the Rain Water resources and the continuation of the traditional Rain Water utilization technology, the traditional exploration of its inheritance in the construction of modern sponge city. Finally, an empirical case study is carried out to analyze the embodiment of the wisdom of traditional Rain Water in the construction of the sponge city of Hebi in Henan Province, and to further demonstrate the theories and methods studied above.
