某大型商业建筑改造项目消防安全性评估

【摘要】:以某大型商业改造项目为例,剖析了性能化设计方法在论证室内步行街消防安全性方面的应用。采用人员疏散软件Building EXODUS,分析性能化设计和处方式设计方案下的安全疏散时间,验证性能化设计方案不低于处方式方案的安全水平。考虑火灾情况下人员疏散情况论证目标建筑的安全水平。结果表明,性能化设计方案下的目标建筑可充分保证人员的安全疏散。
[Abstract]:Taking a large commercial renovation project as an example, the application of performance-based design method in demonstration of fire safety of indoor pedestrian street is analyzed. The evacuation software Building exodus is used to analyze the safety evacuation time under the performance-based design and the location-mode design to verify that the performance-based design scheme is not lower than the safety level of the local-mode scheme. The safety level of the target building is demonstrated by considering the evacuation situation in case of fire. The results show that the target building under the performance-based design scheme can fully ensure the safe evacuation of personnel.
