经济适用房厨房空间结构设计应用研究

【摘要】：经济适用房是我国为解决中低收入家庭的住房困难,采用由政府统一组织、建造的微利普通商品住宅。它是我国目前住宅产业走向市场经济完全成熟的一个过渡产物,同时也是改善中低收入家庭住宅环境和居住条件的重要途径。厨房是家庭住宅中功能多、强度大、使用比较频繁的空间,其设计是否合理直接影响到人们的整体居住环境和居住质量。本文主要以经济适用房厨房空间设计应用为主题进行较深入的研究,通过对华北地区邯郸、石家庄等地具有代表性的经济适用房进行实地考察、分析,总结了厨房布置的设计特点,以及目前问题突出的表现。本文主要由四个部分组成,第一章为序言,主要是阐述研究背景、意义、内容、方法以及国内外厨房设计研究现状;第二章对中国住宅厨房的发展历史及现状进行了分析,通过对经济适用房家庭实地调研,了解厨房具体的使用环境、使用现状以及厨房的空间尺度与器物配置;分析了目前经济适用房厨房存在的主要问题;第三章为经济适用房厨房空间结构设计应用,以厨房设计理论及原则为依据,对经济适用房厨房现存的问题进行研究,并提出相应的改进措施,满足提高中低收入家庭居住质量的要求;第四章对阳光小区经济适用房厨房进行实体设计,并根据厨房的理念定位、空间布局、设施配置、材料选用进行分析研究。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the housing difficulties of middle and low income families, comfortable housing is an ordinary commercial house with little profit built by the government. It is the transition product of our country's housing industry to the market economy at present, and it is also an important way to improve the housing environment and living conditions of middle and low income families. Kitchen is a kind of space with more functions, more intensity and more frequent use in the family residence. Whether its design is reasonable or not directly affects people's overall living environment and living quality. In this paper, the application of comfortable housing kitchen space design as the main theme for a more in-depth study, through the North China Handan, Shijiazhuang and other representative comfortable housing field investigation, analysis, Summarized the kitchen layout design characteristics, as well as the current outstanding problem performance. This paper is composed of four parts, the first chapter is the preface, mainly describes the research background, significance, content, methods and domestic and foreign kitchen design research status quo; the second chapter analyzes the history and current situation of the development of Chinese residential kitchen. Based on the field investigation of comfortable housing family, the author understands the concrete use environment of kitchen, the present situation of use, the space scale of kitchen and the disposition of utensils, and analyzes the main problems existing in comfortable housing kitchen at present. The third chapter is the application of comfortable housing kitchen space structure design. Based on the theory and principle of kitchen design, the existing problems of comfortable housing kitchen are studied, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. To meet the requirements of improving the living quality of low- and middle-income families. Chapter four carries on the entity design to the comfortable housing kitchen in the Sunshine District, and according to the concept of the kitchen, the space layout, the facility configuration, the material selection carries on the analysis research.
