梁侧锚固钢板加固高温后混凝土梁受剪性能试验研究

【摘要】:为研究梁侧锚固钢板加固高温后受损混凝土梁的受剪性能,设计了6个混凝土梁试件,首先按照ISO 834国际标准升温曲线对其中5根混凝梁进行受火试验,然后采用梁侧锚固钢板加固,并对其进行静力试验。分析了梁侧加固钢板高度与螺栓间距对加固梁受剪承载力、延性及刚度的影响。试验结果表明:梁侧锚固钢板加固法能显著提高高温后钢筋混凝土梁的受剪承载力,并改善原混凝土梁的整体受力性能;受剪性能的加固效果随钢板高度的增大而增大,随螺栓间距的增大而减小;在梁侧锚固钢板加固梁中,钢板与混凝土存在纵向与横向滑移;螺栓间距对钢板与混凝土之间协同工作的程度影响较大。
[Abstract]:In order to study the shear behavior of damaged concrete beams strengthened with anchoring steel plates on the side of beams, six specimens of concrete beams were designed. Firstly, five concrete beams were subjected to fire test according to the ISO 834 international standard heating curve. Then the beam side Anchorage steel plate is used to reinforce and the static test is carried out. The influence of steel plate height and bolt spacing on shear bearing capacity ductility and stiffness of strengthened beams are analyzed. The experimental results show that the shear capacity of reinforced concrete beams after high temperature can be significantly improved by the method of reinforcing steel plate on the side of the beam, and the overall mechanical behavior of the original concrete beams can be improved, and the strengthening effect of shear behavior increases with the increase of steel plate height. The longitudinal and transverse slippage between steel plate and concrete was observed in the beam strengthened with anchoring steel plate, and the degree of synergistic work between steel plate and concrete was greatly affected by bolt spacing.
