【摘要】：在城镇化建设和人口老龄化的双重背景下,出现了一类兼有失地农民和老年人双重身份的人群——失地老人,他们对居住环境有更高的需求,需要给予格外的关注。鉴于此,本文通过文献查阅、分析比较、实地调研等研究方法,结合相关理论知识,以洛阳伊滨区福民工程四号安置小区东区为例,进行适老化景观设计的探讨和研究,具体内容如下:通过对国外有关适老化居住环境现状、国内老龄化发展现状、老年人对居住环境的需求等相关内容进行总结分析,为适老化居住区景观设计奠定一定的理论基础。通过对国内安置小区的特点、现状进行分析,总结出当前国内安置小区景观建设中存在的主要问题,列出拟解决办法,为四号安置小区景观设计提供一定的经验借鉴。通过对国内外相关案例进行分析,得出适老化景观设计的可鉴之处。通过对洛阳市伊滨区福民工程的建设背景、四号安置小区的周边环境、区位特征等相关内容进行调查研究,并结合当地安置农民原有的生活习惯,以关爱老年人为主题进行适合老年人的安置小区景观设计探索。最终,提出“安居新城,康乐幸福”的设计理念和“一心、一轴、十四景”的景观布局,并从功能分区、交通体系、重要景观节点、植物种植设计等方面展开,对四号安置小区东区进行适老化景观设计,以期为今后安置小区的适老化景观设计提供一定的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Under the dual background of urbanization construction and population aging, there is a kind of people who have the dual identity of land-lost farmers and elderly people, who have higher demand for living environment, and need to pay special attention to it. In view of this, through literature review, analysis and comparison, field investigation and other research methods, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, taking the East District of Fumin Project No. 4 in Luoyang Yipin District as an example, the landscape design suitable for aging is discussed and studied. The specific contents are as follows: through the summary and analysis of the current situation of the suitable aging living environment abroad, the current situation of aging development in China, the demand of the elderly for the living environment and so on, It lays a certain theoretical foundation for landscape design of suitable aging residential area. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and present situation of the domestic resettlement community, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the landscape construction of the domestic resettlement community, and lists the methods to be solved to provide some experience for the landscape design of the fourth resettlement district. Through the analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad, draw the suitable aging landscape design lessons. Through the investigation and study of the construction background of the Fumin Project in the Yipin District of Luoyang, the surrounding environment and location characteristics of the No. 4 resettlement area, and combined with the original living habits of the local resettled farmers, Take caring for the elderly as the theme to explore the landscape design of the residential area suitable for the elderly. Finally, the paper puts forward the design concept of "living in a New City, Kang Le Happiness" and the landscape layout of "one mind, one axis, fourteen scenes", and starts from the following aspects: functional zoning, transportation system, important landscape nodes, plant planting design, etc. In order to provide some reference for the design of suitable aging landscape in the East District of the fourth resettlement district, this paper carries out the suitable aging landscape design in order to provide some reference for the design of the suitable aging landscape in the future.
