基于PRT的北京深山陡山旅游度假村规划设计研究

【摘要】:北京人口与土地矛盾引起的高地价、高房价造成了人们生活压力的逐渐增大,受传统交通技术的限制导致北京西北部山地未被充分利用。PRT个人快速轨道交通系统(Personal Rail Transit)具有节地节能,安全环保、自动化行驶的特点,且不受地形地貌和天气的影响。通过使用PRT技术提高山地的可达性,深入北京陡坡山地建设山地度假村,克服北京人口与土地的矛盾,实现人们对田园生活的向往。本文详细介绍了 PRT技术在山地的应用,及建造山地度假村的必要性和可行性。通过案例分析国内外PRT交通技术的研究及发展现状,总结对比传统山地交通模式与PRT技术在山地运行的优势,分析现有的山地度假村优秀案例,总结出山地度假村的建造特点及优劣势分析。通过阅读文献和书籍总结得出山地度假村的设计特点、设计原则、选址原则、和山地建筑的接地形式及建造模式。参考现存的穴居和窑洞式建筑,通过技术分析改进后应用到本次山地度假村的设计中。通过参与课程设计,总结出基于PRT交通模式下的山地度假村选址要点、PRT交通轨道的线路规划、PRT站台与度假村的连接方式。本次山地度假村的建造方式采用预制装配的模式,针对山地度假村的取水用水、采暖用电、污水及垃圾处理等可能面临的问题提出解决方式。最后得出结论并设计出基于PRT的深山陡山旅游度假村规划设计方案,提出PRT轨道交通技术在山地应用的优势,得出山地建造度假村的通用模式,并推广到其他山地地区,为方便以后大力开展山地景观和山地旅游业提供了新的思路。通过本文的研究形成具有一定学术意义和实用价值的理论参考,尽可能地为北京市山区旅游度假村的建设提供一点建议和技术支持,有效利用闲置山地。
[Abstract]:The high land price caused by the contradiction between population and land in Beijing, and the high housing prices, have caused a gradual increase in the pressure on people to live. Because of the limitation of traditional traffic technology, the mountain area of northwestern Beijing has not been fully utilized. PRT personal Rail transform system has the characteristics of saving land, saving energy, protecting environment, automating driving, and is not affected by topography and weather. In order to overcome the contradiction between population and land in Beijing and realize people's yearning for idyllic life, PRT technology is used to improve the accessibility of mountainous areas, and to build mountain resorts in steep slopes of Beijing in order to overcome the contradiction between population and land in Beijing. This paper introduces the application of PRT technology in mountainous area, and the necessity and feasibility of constructing mountain resort. This paper analyzes the research and development status of PRT transportation technology at home and abroad, summarizes the advantages of traditional mountain transportation mode and PRT technology in mountain operation, and analyzes the outstanding cases of existing mountain resorts. Summing up the mountain resort construction characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of analysis. The design characteristics, design principles, site selection principles, grounding form and construction mode of mountain resorts are concluded by reading literature and books. Referring to the existing cave dwelling and cave building, it is applied to the design of this mountain resort through technical analysis and improvement. By taking part in the course design, this paper summarizes the route planning of PRT platform and resorts based on PRT traffic mode, which is the main point of location selection of mountain resorts. The construction mode of this mountain resort adopts prefabricated assembly mode, aiming at the possible problems of water intake, heating and electricity consumption, sewage and garbage disposal, etc. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion and designs the planning and design scheme of mountain steep mountain tourist resort based on PRT, puts forward the advantage of PRT rail transit technology in mountain area application, obtains the general mode of mountain construction resort, and popularizes it to other mountainous areas. It provides a new idea for developing mountain landscape and mountain tourism. Through the research of this paper, a theoretical reference with certain academic significance and practical value is formed, which can provide some suggestions and technical support for the construction of tourist resorts in the mountainous areas of Beijing as far as possible, and make effective use of idle mountain areas.
