【摘要】：正毗邻青岛老城区的老港区,在过去几十年一直是青岛最主要的物流中心。而最近几年,主要的物流功能被慢慢转移至黄岛区域,5km2的老港区希望通过城市更新的手段,实现功能置换和再生,成为融合居住、办公、商业、酒店和休闲娱乐等多功能的复合型区域。老港区的产业升级,也将拉动相邻老城区的经济发展,为基础设施的升级创造可能。在这样的语境和期许下,青岛邮轮母港客运中心被选址在了老港区。作为城市更新的一个触媒,这座现代交通建筑不仅仅
[Abstract]:In the past few years , the main logistics function has been slowly transferred to the Huangdao area , and the main logistics function has been slowly transferred to Huangdao area .
