对一起仓储库房火灾原因的调查

【摘要】：对一起厂房改建为仓库建筑使用发生火灾的案例,通过调查询问、现场勘验,结合物证鉴定意见,综合认定火灾事故原因为电动车充电线路短路引燃周围可燃物导致火灾。总结调查中疑点的排除方法,从建筑性质变更、违章用电、火灾扑救等方面对火灾事故成因进行分析,提出加强此类建筑消防管理的措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a case of fire occurred when a workshop was rebuilt into a warehouse building was investigated, investigated and verified on the spot, and combined with the appraisal opinions of physical evidence, it was concluded that the cause of the fire accident was the fire caused by the short circuit ignition of the surrounding combustible material on the charging line of electric vehicle. This paper summarizes the methods of eliminating the doubtful points in the investigation, analyzes the causes of the fire accident from the aspects of the change of the nature of the building, the illegal use of electricity and the fire fighting, and puts forward some measures to strengthen the fire protection management of this kind of building.
