南方传统街区滨水灰空间营造及其气候适应性研究

【摘要】:本文在顺应当今旧城传统街区保护更新以及应对全球性气候变化的大背景下,关注南方旧城区传统街区滨水灰空间环境的宜居性与可持续发展性,选取南方夏热冬冷地区的江苏常州南市河与夏热冬暖地区的福建厦门沙坡尾作为传统街区滨水灰空间研究对象,梳理归纳南方传统街区滨水灰空间在营造方式上的功能布局及分类特征,同时针对灰空间营造中所体现的气候适应性职能,通过主观调查与客观实测的方式评价并证明灰空间在夏热气候区所具有改善热环境舒适性的重要作用,最终归纳并提出南方旧城传统街区滨水灰空间的营造经验及其气候适应性策略。论文首先通过对常州和厦门两地滨水街区及其灰空间布局形态的研究分析,归纳传统街区滨水灰空间的功能特征及营造经验,并在此基础上对街区灰空间进行主要分类并提取出四类南方传统滨水街区主要灰空间类型:建筑灰空间、自建灰空间、小品灰空间以及植被灰空间。进而,论文结合两地气候特点,针对灰空间营造中最广泛体现的气候适应性特征,于两者街区内各选取三类主要灰空间,通过主观问卷调查和客观物理测试的方式对其进行气候适应性研究。其中,主观问卷主要统计受试人员对现场灰空间环境的感觉投票和期望投票,反映受试人群对灰空间舒适性的主观评价感受;客观测试主要对受测点环境参数进行测试,通过修正模型PMVe指标和SET*标准有效温度指标综合分析并评价受测灰空间的热环境及人体热舒适。结果显示:南方夏热地区的旧城滨水街区户外环境中,受试者对灰空间环境有更高的满意度,其较开敞空间具有更高的舒适性。通过实测证明,街区受测灰空间普遍具有提高户外环境质量,提高人体舒适度的适应性功能,在夏季能够起到避暑防晒、降温增湿、应对极端天气等适应性作用。最后,文章对南方旧城滨水街区灰空间进行了多因子总体评价,总结并提出了滨水灰空间的空间营造策略和气候适应性策略,并为南方旧城区滨水传统街区的再塑造提出可行性建议,为南方旧城区街巷空间的生态节能设计和可持续发展策略提供理论借鉴与方法指导。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the protection and renewal of the traditional blocks in the old city and the global climate change, this paper pays attention to the livability and sustainable development of the waterfront gray space environment of the traditional urban blocks in the south of China. The waterfront gray space of the traditional blocks is studied in the southern hot summer and cold winter areas of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, and the Shapo tail of Xiamen, Fujian Province, in the hot summer and warm winter areas. Combing and summing up the functional layout and classification characteristics of waterfront ash space in southern traditional blocks, at the same time, aiming at the climate adaptability function embodied in the construction of grey space, By means of subjective investigation and objective measurement, it is proved that grey space plays an important role in improving thermal comfort in hot summer climate area. Finally, the paper summarizes and puts forward the construction experience of waterfront ash space and its climate adaptability strategy in the traditional district of South Old City. Firstly, through the research and analysis of the waterfront block and its grey space layout of Changzhou and Xiamen, the paper summarizes the function characteristics and construction experience of the waterfront gray space in the traditional district. On this basis, the main classification of block grey space and extraction of four types of southern traditional waterfront block gray space types: building gray space, self-built gray space, small gray space and vegetation gray space. Then, according to the climate characteristics of the two places, aiming at the climate adaptability characteristics of the most widely reflected in the gray space construction, the paper selects three kinds of main grey space in the two blocks. The climate adaptability was studied by subjective questionnaire and objective physical test. Among them, the subjective questionnaire mainly statistics the feeling vote and expectation vote of the participants to the spot grey space environment, which reflects the subjective evaluation feeling of the subjects to the comfort of the gray space, and the objective test mainly carries on the test to the environmental parameter of the measured point. The modified model PMVe index and set * standard effective temperature index are used to analyze and evaluate the thermal environment and thermal comfort of the measured grey space. The results show that in the outdoor environment of the old city waterfront block in the southern summer hot area, the subjects have higher satisfaction with the gray space environment, and their comfort is higher than that in the open space. It is proved by the actual measurement that the gray space in the block can improve the quality of outdoor environment and improve the comfort of human body. It can play an adaptive role in summer, such as sunscreen, cooling and humidifying, and coping with extreme weather and so on. Finally, the paper evaluates the grey space of waterfront block in the south old city, summarizes and puts forward the space construction strategy and climate adaptability strategy of waterfront ash space. It also puts forward some feasible suggestions for the reconstruction of the traditional waterfront blocks in the old urban areas of the south, and provides theoretical and methodological guidance for the design of ecological energy saving and the sustainable development strategy of the streets and alleys in the old urban areas of the south.
