基于特定文脉语境下的西安曲江麒麟阁项目业态及其设计研究

【摘要】：中国城市发生了日新月异的变化,城市建设进入了前所未有的快速发展。由于新材料、技术、思想的西式化,并且在利润的诱惑下,项目多以快速、简洁、模式化进行开发。一些很古朴的、具有地域特色的传统街区和城市景观遭到破坏,蕴含地域文化和富于地域特色的城镇在过去十几年里正在悄然逝去,城市景观日趋千篇一律,我们熟悉的家园也不复存在。与此同时,我们听到了各地“鬼城”的出现,并且很多商业项目并不能够按照预期具有良好的人气。这都是没有对市场及项目深入探讨的结果。并且于此同时,商业建筑的前期业态定位也是建筑设计的一部分,因此,在方案设计前应做好业态分析。许多开发商为了追逐利润,不进行深度的市场调研分析,没有做好充分的前期准备工作,进而使得许多商业项目不能获得很好的使用效果。本文通过作者实际参与的项目——西安曲江麒麟阁项目为出发点,通过大量数据深入探讨作为商业建筑的业态定位,并且在项目中展示业态分布情况。同时阐述在特殊历史地段建筑规划设计如何留得住乡愁,延续历史记忆。在曲江南湖这个历史敏感的地段,如何既能传承历史,又能发扬当代建筑文化。本文以调研数据为基础,通过实际项目进行阐述,整篇文章分为三个部分。第一部分(1章)引出写本文的目的。提出了课题的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容及研究的现状,为之后研究提供了基础条件。第二部分(2—4章)以第一部分为条件依据,对第一部分所提问题进行分析研究。首先,对购物中心的业态进行了进一步深入研究,购物中心的业态在国际国内不同的认识及业态分类、购物中心业态的组合等进行详细阐述。其次,由于本方案基地区位的特殊性,对特殊历史文脉与建筑的关系进行了阐述,通过解读文脉进而讨论城市与文脉和建筑与文脉之间的关系。为进一步深化建筑设计提供充足的理论基础。最后,通过实际案例调研总结数据及设计手法,应用于曲江麒麟阁项目当中。第三部分(5-6章),是针对曲江麒麟阁项目业态定位及区位文脉阐述,并通过三个方案对业态定位、设计思路和方案设计方法解读,最后对整个设计过程进行思考与总结。
[Abstract]:Chinese cities have changed with each passing day, and urban construction has entered an unprecedented rapid development. Because of the westernization of new materials, technologies and ideas, and in the lure of profit, projects are developed quickly, succinctly, and in a stylized manner. Some very simple, regional traditional neighborhoods and urban landscapes have been destroyed, and towns with regional culture and regional characteristics are quietly dying in the past decade, and urban landscapes are becoming more and more uniform. Our familiar homes also no longer exist. At the same time, we heard the emergence of ghost cities everywhere, and many business projects were not as popular as expected. This is the result of no in-depth discussion of the market and the project. And at the same time, the orientation of commercial architecture is also a part of architectural design, therefore, we should do a good job of business analysis before the scheme design. In order to pursue profits, many developers do not carry out deep market research and analysis, and do not do enough preparatory work, which makes many commercial projects unable to obtain good results. Through the project of Qilin Pavilion in Qujiang, Xi'an, which the author actually participates in, this paper discusses the location of business form as a commercial building through a great deal of data, and displays the distribution of the state of business in the project. At the same time, it expounds how to keep homesickness and continue the historical memory in the special historical section of architectural planning and design. In Qujiang Nanhu, which is a sensitive part of history, how to inherit history and carry forward contemporary architectural culture. Based on the survey data, this article is divided into three parts. The first part (Chapter 1) leads to the purpose of writing this paper. The research background, significance, research content and current situation of the research are put forward, which provide the basic conditions for the later research. Chapter 2-4) based on the condition of the first part, the problems raised in the first part are analyzed and studied. First of all, a further in-depth study of the shopping center business, shopping center business in the international and domestic different understanding and classification of business patterns, shopping center business form combination and so on are elaborated in detail. Secondly, because of the particularity of the base location, this paper expounds the relationship between the special historical context and architecture, and then discusses the relationship between the city and the context and between the architecture and the context through the interpretation of the context. It provides sufficient theoretical basis for further deepening architectural design. Finally, through the actual case study summary data and the design method, applies in Qujiang Kirin Pavilion project. The third part of chapter 5-6 is aimed at Qujiang Kirin Pavilion project status orientation and location context, and through three schemes to position, design ideas and scheme design method interpretation, and finally to the whole design process of thinking and summing up.
