旅游新业态影响下的传统村落景观风貌规划研究

【摘要】：中国传统村落具有悠久的历史,蕴含着丰富的历史文化价值,代表着中华优秀传统文化的精髓,是国家民族文化脉络的根源,承载着众多历史、文化和生态资源。在城镇一体化推进下,传统村落空心化现象严重,加之村民保护意识薄弱,导致风格迥异的建筑群出现,严重破坏了传统村落的整体格局和景观风貌。随着经济社会和互联网高新技术的发展,传统产业面临升级转型的压力,多产业优势互补合作共赢,成为数字时代行业创新升级的有效途径。传统村落旅游业与多产业的融合,发展旅游新业态,能够促进村落综合发展,村落景观焕发新活力。实现传统村落旅游新业态与村落景观风貌的协调发展成为本文关注的重点。本文通过挖掘传统村落历史变迁、历史文化、艺术审美、经济结构等价值,结合新业态发展需求和模式,分析影响传统村落景观风貌的主要因素,提出旅游新业态影响下的村落景观风貌系统的规划和应对策略。通过烟墩角和东楮岛的案例分析,以问卷和实地考察等方式深入了解传统村落格局、风貌以及田园景观等整体的空间形态与环境,对村落建筑、文化、选址格局等进行全面剖析,结合现代高新技术和互联网资源探索出适于不同传统村落特色的旅游新业态,实践验证本文提出的村落景观风貌规划策略里理论的可实施性。实践得知,烟墩角村有丰富的旅游资源,融合大天鹅摄影竞赛、VR虚拟现实技术全方位展示海草房等发展旅游新业态;东楮岛村作为典型胶东渔村有着丰富的海洋资源和历史悠久的海草房,吸引力大量游客,融合海草房民宿体验,赶海,海产品加工等发展旅游新业态,村落景观风貌也根据本文提出的规划策略进行了验证,具有较强的可实施性。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional villages have a long history, contain rich historical and cultural value, represent the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture, is the root of the national cultural context, bearing a lot of historical, cultural and ecological resources. Under the promotion of urban integration, the hollowing phenomenon of traditional villages is serious, and the villagers' consciousness of protection is weak, which leads to the emergence of buildings with different styles, which seriously destroys the overall pattern and landscape features of traditional villages. With the development of economy, society and Internet, the traditional industry is facing the pressure of upgrading and transformation. The multi-industry advantage complementary cooperation and win-win, become the effective way of industry innovation and upgrading in the digital age. The integration of traditional village tourism and multi-industry and the development of new tourism pattern can promote the comprehensive development of villages and give new vitality to the village landscape. The focus of this paper is to realize the harmonious development of traditional village tourism and village landscape. By excavating the historical changes, historical culture, art aesthetics, economic structure and other values of traditional villages, combined with the needs and patterns of new business development, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the landscape features of traditional villages. This paper puts forward the planning and coping strategies of the village landscape system under the influence of the new tourism form. Through the case analysis of Yandujiao and Dongchu Island, the paper makes a deep understanding of the traditional village pattern, style and pastoral landscape, as well as the overall spatial form and environment of the traditional village pattern, style and pastoral landscape, by means of questionnaires and field visits, as well as on the village architecture and culture. Through the comprehensive analysis of the location pattern and the combination of modern high technology and Internet resources, this paper explores the new tourism patterns suitable for different traditional village characteristics, and verifies the practicability of the theory in the village landscape planning strategy put forward in this paper. The practice shows that Yandun Corner Village has abundant tourism resources, and integrates the Great Swan Photography Competition with VR virtual reality technology to show the development of new tourism formats such as seaweed house and so on. Dongchu Island Village, as a typical Jiaodong fishing village, has rich marine resources and has a long history of sea grass houses. It attracts a large number of tourists, integrates the experience of sea grass houses, drives the sea, processes seafood, and so on, to develop new tourism patterns. The village landscape is also verified by the planning strategy proposed in this paper, which has strong implementability.
