碳纤维沥青混凝土导电特性研究

【摘要】:研究碳纤维含量对沥青混凝土导电特性和升温性能的影响,通过碳纤维导电沥青混凝土电阻率变化可知,最佳碳纤维体积含量为0.4%~0.6%;高温环境较低温环境升温效果明显,高功率较低功率升温效果明显;满足融雪化冰和成本要求的功率为500~900 W/m~2;低温环境升温过程中,导电沥青混凝土电阻随温度升高逐渐增大,升至0℃左右时,电阻达到极大值,之后电阻随温度升高减小。
[Abstract]:The effect of carbon fiber content on the electrical conductivity and heating performance of asphalt concrete is studied. Through the change of electrical resistivity of carbon fiber conductive asphalt concrete, the optimum volume content of carbon fiber is 0.40.6.The effect of heating in high temperature environment is obvious than that in low temperature environment. The effect of high power and low power heating is obvious, the power to meet the requirements of snow melting and ice melting and cost is 500 ~ 900 W / m ~ 2.
