泸沽湖纳西古寨街巷空间更新策略研究

【摘要】：作为国内知名的旅游地,泸沽湖周边村寨多多少少受到这股经济冲击的影响,呈现出各种各样的发展态势。但在泸沽湖地区深处的纳西古寨,依然存在着基本的生产力不能满足人们物质生活需要的状态。那里的人们努力的在一边是旅游热潮带来的人流效益里,一边是落后的生活生产方式中,去寻求适合当地发展状态的道路。鉴于泸沽湖地区发展现状,即多数研究学者从宏观的角度出发来解决“旅游发展与民俗保护”的“大矛盾”,往往忽略了在风景区美丽风光下当地人居环境的艰苦,以及物质条件的相对匮乏。笔者尝试从从小视点的“街巷”入手,综合建筑规划的实施策略,探讨如何构建一条良好的、可持续的循环更新机制,继而再反思现实困境,提出更新策略,保护现有村寨,以期实现规划改造并达到保护和促进地方经济发展的目的。
[Abstract]:As a famous tourist destination around Lugu Lake, villages around Lugu Lake are affected by the economic impact, showing a variety of development trends. But in the deep area of Lugu Lake Naxi Guzhai still exists the state that the basic productive forces can not meet the material needs of people. People there are trying to find a way to suit the local conditions of development in both the benefits of the tourist boom and the backward way of life. In view of the present situation of the development of Lugu Lake, that is, most research scholars solve the "big contradiction" between "tourism development and folk custom protection" from a macro perspective, often neglecting the hardship of the local human settlement environment under the beautiful scenery of the scenic area. And the relative scarcity of material conditions. The author tries to start with the "street and alley" from a small viewpoint, synthesizes the implementation strategy of building planning, discusses how to construct a good, sustainable circular renewal mechanism, and then reflects on the realistic predicament, puts forward the renewal strategy, and protects the existing village. In order to achieve planning transformation and achieve the goal of protecting and promoting local economic development.
