乡村旅游背景下汉中阳春镇民宿宅院更新设计策略研究

【摘要】：随着城市居民旅游需求的增加和多元化的发展,旅游的形式和内容都不在单一,乡村成了最为令人向往和回归的旅游体验地,乡村旅游业也逐渐由这种旅游需求营运而生。在乡村旅游的带动下,乡村民宿也应运而生。民宿成为了很多都市人休闲度假的目的地。对比国外和台湾地区的情况,民宿的发展在法规制度和理论研究方面都较为充分。而在国内,在乡村旅游大发展期间,产生了一批由民宅更新而形成的民宿,而相关理论研究却相对缺失。本文以此为背景,以研究生期间的实际项目入手,针对乡村旅游开发初期的交通、基础设施和民宿游客吸引力等若干问题,进行相关的理论研究,归纳整理了民宿类型,分析了民宿更新影响因素等问题。以设计者的角度,通过规划引导的方式介入到民宿改造中。并在实践中,结合理论研究、现有乡村条件和自然环境的优势对当地乡村民宿的建筑、院落改造进行策略性的引导并以改造实例作为具体说明。文章分为四部分:第一部分(第1—2章),对本研究的研究背景相关概念进行了说明。探讨了国内外乡村旅游和起源发展,根据不同角度,将民宿进行了类型划分。第二部分(第3章),以对比分析的方式,按照民宿的总体定位、资源环境、使用者诉求等方面,总结归纳乡村旅游背景下民宿宅院更新的影响因素;第三部分(第4-6章),第4章在对民宿更新设计影响因素分析的理论研究基础上,对汉中市阳春镇乡村旅游的基础条件做分析归纳,包括地形地貌、典型乡村聚落形态、民宅形态、院落形态、旅游规划条件、游客旅游需求等。第5章在根据阳春镇陈村旅游环线的具体情况提出民宿更新设计的相关策略。第6章以阳春镇陈村旅游环线中的两户农宅做具体的改造设计,将理论研究与实际项目相结合,形成一条完整的从研究到实践的过程。第四部分(第7章),总结提出影响民宿更新的因素以及民宿宅院的提升策略。同时总结研究和实践中的不足。
[Abstract]:With the increase of urban residents' tourism demand and the development of diversification, the form and content of tourism are not single, the country has become the most yearning and return of tourism experience, rural tourism is gradually from the operation of this kind of tourism demand. Under the impetus of rural tourism, rural lodging also came into being. Residential accommodation has become the destination of many urban leisure vacations. Compared with the situation in Taiwan and abroad, the development of residential housing is more adequate in the legal system and theoretical research. In China, during the great development of rural tourism, a number of residential houses were formed by the renewal of residential buildings, but the relevant theoretical research is relatively lacking. Based on this background, this paper starts with the actual projects during the post-graduate period, aiming at some problems such as transportation, infrastructure and tourist attraction in the early stage of rural tourism development, carries on relevant theoretical research, summarizes and arranges the types of lodging. The factors influencing the renewal of residential accommodation are analyzed. From the designer's point of view, through planning to guide the way to intervene in the transformation of housing. And in practice, combined with theoretical research, the advantages of the existing rural conditions and natural environment to the local rural residential buildings, courtyard reconstruction strategic guidance and transformation examples as a concrete explanation. The article is divided into four parts: the first part (Chapter 1-2), the research background of this study related concepts are explained. This paper discusses the origin and development of rural tourism at home and abroad. The second part (Chapter 3), by the way of comparative analysis, according to the overall positioning of residential accommodation, resources and environment, user demands and other aspects, summed up the rural tourism background of residential house renewal factors; The third part (Chapter 4-6), Chapter 4, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of residential renewal design, analyzes and sums up the basic conditions of rural tourism in Yangchun Town, Hanzhong City, including topography and landform, typical rural settlement form. Residential building form, courtyard form, tourism planning conditions, tourist demand and so on. Chapter 5, according to the specific situation of Chencun Tour Ring Line in Yangchun Town, puts forward the relevant strategies of residential renewal design. In chapter 6, two rural houses in Chencun Tourism Ring Line of Yangchun Town are designed to make a concrete reconstruction design, which combines theoretical research with practical projects to form a complete process from research to practice. The fourth part (Chapter 7) summarizes the factors that affect the renewal of residential accommodation and the promotion strategy. At the same time summarizes the research and the practice in the insufficiency.
