中原油田养老服务体系及养老设施优化研究

【摘要】：如今人口老龄化已经成为我国的社会问题,如何解决社会养老问题已经变得刻不容缓。由于受到计划生育政策与医疗水平不断提高的影响,在当今社会的家庭人员组成结构中,老年人和赡养人的人口比例出现严重失衡,赡养老人的责任已经不能完全依靠传统的家庭养老的方式。同时机构养老特有的弊端,也不能够的解决我国老龄化带来的挑战。人们的日常生活是与社区息息相关的,充分利用社区特有的区域优势和资源优势,依靠社区完善养老体系成为解决我国社会养老难题的方式,于是社区养老则逐渐走进人们的视线。我国的社区养老发展时间较短,运营体系不够成熟,许多方面仍有不足。为了完善我国养老的服务体系解决我国日益加剧的老龄化问题,本文从社会学和建筑学两个角度进行研究。首先,提出研究问题与背景,从实际情况出发分析我国养老体系完善的必要性,拟定本文所要解决的养老服务体系与养老设施如何完善的关键问题;然后,通过资料的收集、整理与研究,学习相关的概念与养老体系的相关理论,结合国内外养老体系的发展经验,了解相关理论发展脉络。通过对当今我国养老大环境与养老模式的研究,梳理出在解决我国养老问题上社区养老模式所体现的优势和发展机构养老模式过程中所出现的问题;再次,以调查问卷与Excel的数据分析的形式对河南省中原油田两个养老社区的调查研究,通过分析现状提出问题;最后,探索性提出完善养老服务体系的方案与养老设施的优化方法。本文以国有企业发展下形成的中小型城市为独特视角,为完善我国中小型城市的养老服务体系与优化养老设施做出经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the aging of population has become a social problem in China, how to solve the problem of social pension has become urgent. As a result of the impact of the family planning policy and the rising level of medical care, there is a serious imbalance in the proportion of the elderly and dependants in the composition of the family in today's society, The responsibility of supporting the elderly can no longer rely entirely on the traditional family way of providing for the aged. At the same time, the unique drawbacks of institutional pension, also can not solve the challenges brought about by aging in China. People's daily life is closely related to the community. Making full use of the unique regional and resource advantages of the community and relying on the community to improve the pension system become the way to solve the social pension problem in China. So the community pension gradually came into the sight of people. Our country's community endowment development time is short, the operation system is not mature, many aspects still have the insufficiency. In order to perfect the service system for the aged in our country, this paper studies from the angle of sociology and architecture. First of all, it puts forward the research problems and background, analyzes the necessity of improving the pension system in our country from the actual situation, and draws up the key problems of how to perfect the old-age service system and the old-age facilities, and then, through the collection of data, Research, study related concepts and related theories of pension system, combined with the development experience of the pension system at home and abroad, to understand the development of relevant theories. Through the research on the environment and mode of old-age support in our country, the advantages of the community pension model and the problems in the process of developing the old-age care model in our country are sorted out. In the form of questionnaire and Excel data analysis, the investigation and study of two pension communities in Zhongyuan Oilfield, Henan Province, through the analysis of the current situation put forward questions; finally, explore the scheme to improve the pension service system and pension facilities optimization method. This article takes the small and medium-sized cities formed under the development of state-owned enterprises as the unique angle of view, and makes the experience reference for perfecting the old-age service system and optimizing the old-age facilities in the small and medium-sized cities of our country.
