徽州传统民居改造成民俗客栈的设计研究

【摘要】：随着近几年徽州地区旅游业的快速推进,民俗客栈也取得了很大的发展,这在很大程度得益于人们社会财富的增长和消费生活水平的提高。与此同时,人们的旅游模式也在不断的发生变化,人们的旅游目的不仅仅只是单纯的“风景式旅游”,更多的是偏向地域特色浓厚、富有文化内涵的“体验式旅游”,这种很多程度上促进了徽州地区的聚落旅游业发展。为了给更多的游客提供休闲住宿的场所,强调个性化和人性化并以体验徽州地域风土人情为服务主旨的民俗客栈便应运而生了。民俗客栈的出现大多依托于徽州传统民居,这在一定程度上保护了传统民居使其得到可持续发展。为了合理地利用现有的传统民居资源,民俗客栈的设计往往需要借助于徽州传统民居的更新改造为载体,两者能够有机地结合一方面是因为徽州传统民居的文化载体作用,我们不能任其自生自灭,应当合理地利用,使其能够重新迸发出新的活力;另一方面也是因为民俗客栈注重文化和民俗的营造,徽州传统民居具有重大的经济文化价值,民俗客栈可以很好地利用徽州传统元素,两者的有机结合可以促进彼此升华,为广大的游客提供不可多得的旅游新鲜体验感。目前徽州地区的民俗客栈尚处于发展阶段,由于经济技术的制约和缺乏相关的理论支持,徽州传统民居改造成民俗客栈缺少科学的指导方法。所以对其进行深入的研究具有很强的现实意义。本文以徽州传统民居改造成的民俗客栈为研究对象,前两章从徽州传统民居和民俗客栈的基本概念入手,明确研究对象的本质特征,深入挖掘两者之间的关联性,探讨徽州传统民居改造成民俗客栈的可行性。第三章则通过一些典型案例的分析总结改造设计的经验以及改造过程中出现的问题,以此作为深入研究的基础,进而提出徽州传统民居改造成民俗客栈的设计原则,为改造设计提供了具体的目标和理论依据。后两章作为论文的核心章节从功能设计和形式设计两大方面对其进行深入地分析和探讨。首先从功能设计的角度出发,对民俗客栈的功能组成做简要概括。通过交往空间、住宿空间、辅助空间和交通流线四个方面对其进行论述,探讨功能设计的要点。然后从形式设计的角度出发,从建筑体量的优化、界面表情的重塑和结构技术的更新三个方面入手,对具体的改造设计方式进行分析。文中通过大量的实例对改造设计方式进行论证,以期为改造实践提供有力的现实论据,为徽州传统民居改造成民俗客栈提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism in Huizhou in recent years, folk inns have also made great progress, which to a large extent has benefited from the increase of people's social wealth and the improvement of their living standards. At the same time, the tourism mode of people is changing constantly. The purpose of tourism is not only "scenic tourism", but also "experiential tourism" with strong regional characteristics and rich cultural connotations. To a great extent, this has promoted the development of settlement tourism in Huizhou. In order to provide more tourists with leisure accommodation, the folk inn, which emphasizes individuation and humanization and takes the experience of local customs and customs in Huizhou as its service theme, emerges as the times require. The appearance of folk inn mostly depends on the traditional residence in Huizhou, which to some extent protects the traditional residence and makes it sustainable development. In order to make rational use of the existing traditional residential resources, the design of the folk inn often needs the help of the renovation and transformation of the Huizhou traditional residence as the carrier. On the one hand, the two can be combined organically because of the cultural carrier function of the Huizhou traditional residence. We can't let it go its own way, we should use it rationally so that it can rekindle new vitality. On the other hand, it is also because the folk inn pays attention to the construction of culture and folklore, and the traditional residence of Huizhou has great economic and cultural value. Folk Inn can make good use of the traditional elements of Huizhou, the organic combination of the two can promote the sublimation of each other and provide the tourists with a rare sense of fresh tourism experience. At present, the folk custom inn in Huizhou area is still in the developing stage. Due to the restriction of economy and technology and the lack of relevant theoretical support, the transformation of traditional residence in Huizhou into folk inn is lack of scientific guiding method. Therefore, it has a strong practical significance to conduct in-depth research. The first two chapters start with the basic concepts of Huizhou traditional residence and folk inn, make clear the essential characteristics of the research object, and dig into the relationship between them. This paper discusses the feasibility of transforming Huizhou traditional residence into folk inn. The third chapter summarizes the experience and problems in the process of renovation through the analysis of some typical cases, and then puts forward the design principles of Huizhou traditional residence transformed into folk inn. It provides the concrete goal and theoretical basis for the reconstruction design. As the core of the thesis, the last two chapters deeply analyze and discuss the function design and formal design. Firstly, from the angle of function design, the function composition of folklore inn is briefly summarized. The main points of function design are discussed from four aspects: communication space, accommodation space, auxiliary space and traffic streamline. Then from the point of view of formal design, this paper analyzes the specific design methods from three aspects: the optimization of building volume, the remolding of interface expression and the renewal of structural technology. In this paper, a large number of examples to demonstrate the design of the transformation, in order to provide a strong practical argument for the transformation of the practice, Huizhou traditional houses to provide a new idea for the transformation of folk inns.
