【摘要】：正万列风(1924-):1938年参加工作,1952年11月调入建筑工程部城建局工作,任规划处规划科科长,"一五"时期曾任西安规划组组长。在苏联专家里面,穆欣是很重要的一位。穆欣有点像行政干部,他讲城市规划的思想性、政治性。穆欣到处讲城市规划,宣传城市规划的一些指导思想、理论方法,是一个能力很强的规划专家。
[Abstract]:Zheng Wanliefeng (1924-): joined the work in 1938, transferred to the Urban Construction Bureau of the Ministry of Construction and Engineering in November 1952, served as head of the Planning Section of the Planning Department, and served as the head of the Xi'an Planning Group during the "first five year Plan" period. Among Soviet experts, Mu Xin is a very important one. Mu Xin is a bit like an administrative cadre. He talks about the ideological and political nature of urban planning. Mu Xin talks about urban planning everywhere, propagandizes some guiding ideology of urban planning, theory method, is a very strong planning expert.
