H智能建筑工程公司核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:随着智能建筑工程行业工程技术的全球化快速发展,替代产品成本越来越低,功能越来越强,新型公司不断进入建筑智能化市场,行业内竞争日趋白热化,智能建筑工程行业正在经历一场全新的洗牌,从事智能化建筑工程公司的竞争优势在不断减弱。对H智能建筑工程公司来说,如何随着公司内外部环境的变化,重新识别并建设公司竞争力,调整市场定位及公司战略,加强公司内功,优化公司各种资源,满足市场及客户需求,建立强于竞争对手的竞争优势,积极迎接挑战和机会,并实现快速发展,识别并构建核心竞争力,对H公司这种智能化建筑工程公司具有重要的意义。本文梳理了国内外研究现状并结合竞争相关的概念及理论,以此作为本文写作的坚实理论基础。论文通过对H公司自身存在问题、行业竞争环境、公司价值链的结构分解,运用SWOT分析方法对公司的内外部环境进行分析,找出公司在发展过程中的优势和机会,以及存在的劣势及威胁。引入模糊层次分析法针对H公司竞争力构建模型,找出影响公司核心竞争力主要因素,并计算出各因素权重,对H公司的核心竞争力进行了评价。由此得出H公司的核心竞争力等级评价一般的结论,为H公司制定切实有效的核心竞争力的发展战略提供了理论依据,为确保公司提升核心竞争力战略的顺利实施,制定了可行的保障措施。简而言之,本研究是通过相关理论和方法,结合H建筑智能工程公司的实际情况,使H公司面临的问题能够细化、具体和直观,对H建筑智能工程公司的核心竞争力进行了整体客观的研究,起到了理论指导实践的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global engineering technology in intelligent building engineering industry, the cost of alternative products is becoming lower and lower, and the function is becoming stronger and stronger. The new type of companies are constantly entering the intelligent building market, and the competition in the industry is becoming more and more intense. The smart building engineering industry is undergoing a new shake-up, and the competitive edge of intelligent building engineering companies is waning. For H Intelligent Building Engineering Company, with the change of internal and external environment, how to re-identify and build the competitiveness of the company, adjust the market positioning and company strategy, strengthen the company's internal performance, optimize the company's various resources, It is of great significance to meet the needs of the market and customers, to establish the competitive advantage stronger than the competitors, to meet the challenges and opportunities, to realize the rapid development, to identify and build the core competitiveness of H Company. This article combs the domestic and foreign research present situation and unifies the competition related concept and the theory, as this article writing solid theory foundation. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of H Company by using SWOT analysis method to find out the advantages and opportunities of the company in the development process by analyzing the problems of H Company itself, the competitive environment of the industry, the structure decomposition of the value chain of the company, and using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment of the company. And weaknesses and threats. This paper introduces fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct a model of H company's competitiveness, finds out the main factors that affect the core competence of H company, calculates the weight of each factor, and evaluates the core competence of H company. From this, the general conclusion of the evaluation of H company's core competence grade is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for H company to formulate effective development strategy of core competence, and ensures the smooth implementation of the strategy of promoting core competence of H company. Feasible safeguards have been worked out. In short, through the relevant theories and methods, combined with the actual situation of H Building Intelligence Engineering Company, the problems faced by H Company can be refined, specific and intuitive. The core competence of H building intelligent engineering company is studied objectively, which plays the role of guiding theory and practice.
