楼宇末级配电设备群的控制器设计

【摘要】:针对传统楼宇末级配电设备群的手控、用电损耗和无预见性等弊端,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络的楼宇末级配电设备群的控制器,该控制器主要由微处理器部分、无线射频模块和电源模块等部分组成.使用NRF905芯片设计的无线射频集成模块每隔2s向无线传感器节点询问,检测到有信号反馈后进入实时控制的工作状态.使用MSP430F149芯片作为微处理器,和无线射频模块共同实现对各个末级配电设备信号的接收、传送和处理,再通过串口和上位机相连.在实际测试中,尽管有电磁干扰和障碍物等外部因素的影响以及所选芯片的限制,控制器对半径20m范围内各个房间用电量数据的统计误差在1%~2%之间.该控制器在无线传感器自组网构建的楼宇末级配电设备群控制系统中提高了数据传输效率,实现了数据共享,使末级配电设备的远程监控及预测分析具有可行性,且节能环保.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the disadvantages of manual control, power loss and unpredictability of the last stage distribution equipment group in traditional buildings, a controller of the last stage distribution equipment group based on wireless sensor network is designed. The controller is mainly composed of microprocessor. Radio-frequency module and power module and other components. The radio frequency integrated module designed with NRF905 chip asks the wireless sensor node every 2s, detects the signal feedback and enters the real-time control state. The MSP430F149 chip is used as a microprocessor, and the radio frequency module is used to realize the receiving, transmitting and processing of the signals of each terminal distribution equipment, and then connected with the host computer through the serial port. In the actual test, despite the influence of external factors such as electromagnetic interference and obstacles, and the limitation of the selected chip, the statistical error of the controller for the data of power consumption of each room within a radius of 20 m is between 1% and 2%. The controller improves the efficiency of data transmission, realizes the data sharing, makes the remote monitoring and prediction analysis of the last stage distribution equipment feasible, and saves energy and environmental protection in the building terminal distribution equipment control system constructed by wireless sensor ad hoc network.
