伊斯兰纹样艺术在餐饮空间中的设计研究

【摘要】：伊斯兰教是世界三大宗教之一,其影响不单单是其宗教本身,他背后所承载的是一个民族的文化,其文化中所涵盖的内容包括甚广。在文化的不断发展和相互交融中,形成了伊斯兰独特的艺术表现形式。其建筑风格及艺术纹样都具有独特的民族特色。这些独特的表现手法来自于来伊斯兰人的生活中,是伊斯兰人智慧的象征。随着时间的不断发展,设计越来越趋向于简单化,现代设计由包豪斯发展而来的简约设计越来越被人们所喜欢。所以将传统繁复的伊斯兰装饰设计逐渐简化,看似简单但并不缺失其文化内涵,既能体现民族文化、民族特色又能和现代审美和现代设计结合在一起,作出更能符合大众的空间设计。这样伊斯兰文化才能更好的发扬和传承。本文将伊斯兰装饰纹样进行分类并分析挖掘其背后的文化内涵,为现代伊斯兰艺术空间设计提供研究的内容、形式和理念上的启示,并通过对伊斯兰纹样的变形、简化和提取,为现代伊斯兰空间艺术设计所用。也为其他艺术领域或其他民族文化的研究提供方法。本文采用文献研究法,运用互联网信息、图书馆藏书、以及期刊文献,广泛收集和了解伊斯兰餐饮文化的渊源,分析和探究伊斯兰建筑艺术及伊斯兰特色的装饰图案及纹样相关的资料、图片。再对已初步收集的图形通过符号学视角的修辞转向和类型进行分析和研究,挖掘其文化内涵,修辞和喻法特征。通过对伊斯兰传统文化和内涵了解,来探索装饰纹样的传承与创新,使得其纹样与现代餐饮空间设计相结合,更好的体现现代伊斯兰餐饮空间设计的民族特征,碰撞出多元化的艺术火花。在伊斯兰纹样的创新中首先分析伊斯兰纹样背景文化、造型特点、表现方式、色彩要素等,总结归纳纹样的题材并按内容分类,最后通过兼容并蓄、简约提炼、将伊斯兰纹样简化运用于餐饮空间的设计实践。使整个空间更具特色,也更具文化内涵。展现现代伊斯兰独特魅力。所以我们将传统的繁复的伊斯兰装饰设计和现代审美,现代设计结合在一起,作出更能符合大众的空间设计。这样伊斯兰文化才能更好的发扬和传承。最后本文将探讨伊斯兰纹样的传承与创新结合餐饮空间研究探索将新元素运用到现代餐饮空间中去。
[Abstract]:Islam is one of the three major religions in the world, its influence is not only its religion itself, but also the culture of a nation behind it, which includes a wide range of contents. In the continuous development and blending of culture, the unique artistic form of Islam has been formed. Its architectural style and artistic patterns have unique national characteristics. These unique expressions come from the life of Islam and are symbols of Islamic wisdom. With the development of time, the design tends to simplify more and more, and the simple design developed by Bauhaus is more and more popular. Therefore, the traditional and complicated Islamic decorative design is gradually simplified. It seems simple but does not lack its cultural connotation. It can not only reflect the national culture, but also combine with modern aesthetic and modern design. Make space design that is more suitable for the public. In this way, the Islamic culture can be better carried forward and passed on. In this paper, the Islamic decorative patterns are classified and the cultural connotations behind them are analyzed and excavated in order to provide the research contents, forms and ideas for the spatial design of modern Islamic art, and to simplify and extract the Islamic patterns through the transformation of the Islamic patterns. For modern Islamic space art design. It also provides methods for the study of other fields of art or other ethnic cultures.
