当代超高层建筑立面的生态化探究

【摘要】:现今时期恰逢城市化、工业化飞速发展的时期。超高层建筑逐渐成为了每座城市的“名片”。它的出现缓解了城市人口基数迅猛增长与用地紧张之间的冲突。其设计中不顾自然生态环境,缺乏节能意识,忽视当地文脉等问题,造成交通拥堵、热岛效应、人口过度密集等一系列生态、社会问题接踵而至。超高层建筑这一新型建筑形式是现代科技与社会发展的结晶。超高层建筑在我国历史相对较短,直到上世纪90年代就开始快速发展。其建筑立面设计,全面落实高层建筑人性化、高科技含量性和历史感。超高层建筑立面设计很大程度上取决于自然环境、社会文化、及相关施工技术等因素。将这些影响因素融入到其设计当中,你会得到其中的规律和方法,从而用来优化和改良城市的空间环境。文章尝试对国内外超高层建筑及外立面的历史沿革及发展现状进行整理,通过剖析影响其设计的诸多因素,总结出其设计的基本准则和生态化的发展方向。希望从中得到启发,并将研究成果作为设计思路和手法的完善,弥补理论上的不足,为超高层建筑外立面设计提供支持。
[Abstract]:The present period coincides with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization. Super-high-rise buildings have gradually become the "business cards" of every city. Its emergence alleviates the conflict between the rapid growth of the urban population base and land tension. In its design, a series of ecological problems, such as traffic congestion, heat island effect, overpopulation and so on, are caused by the lack of awareness of energy saving and the neglect of the local context, and so on, and the social problems come one after another. The super-high-rise building is the crystallization of modern science and technology and social development. The history of super-high-rise buildings in our country is relatively short, until the 90's of last century began to develop rapidly. Its architectural facade design, full implementation of high-rise building humanization, high-tech content and sense of history. The facade design of super-high-rise building largely depends on natural environment, social culture, construction technology and so on. By incorporating these factors into the design, you will get the laws and methods that can be used to optimize and improve the spatial environment of the city. This paper attempts to sort out the historical evolution and development status of super tall buildings and their facades at home and abroad. By analyzing the many factors that affect their design, the paper summarizes the basic principles of their design and the development direction of their ecology. It is hoped that it will be inspired, and the research results will be taken as the perfection of the design ideas and techniques to make up for the deficiencies in theory and to provide support for the design of the exterior facade of the super-tall building.
