海绵城市的建设与评估概念模型构建研究

【摘要】:为促进和完善海绵城市建设的基础理论体系,在梳理海绵城市提出的国内外背景及其理论内涵分析的基础上剖析海绵城市塑造机理,从承受干扰能力、恢复到稳定状态需要的时间或速率与自适应的管理能力三个维度构建海绵城市弹性塑造机理概念模型,并对其进行扼要阐释。进一步从宏观、中观、微观三个层面构建海绵城市塑造方法论体系。在论述与比较现阶段海绵城市评价指标体系与评价方法的基础上,从径流排出量出发,构建海绵城市水文特征定量评估概念模型及其应用技术路线。研究结果可为海绵城市的研究与实践提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:In order to promote and perfect the basic theory system of sponge city construction, this paper analyzes the forming mechanism of sponge city on the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign background and theoretical connotation of sponge city, and analyzes the ability to bear interference. The conceptual model of elastic molding mechanism of sponge city is constructed in three dimensions: the time or rate needed to recover to a stable state and the adaptive management ability. Further from the macro, meso, micro-level construction of sponge city modeling methodology system. On the basis of discussing and comparing the evaluation index system and evaluation method of sponge city at present, starting from runoff discharge, the conceptual model of quantitative evaluation of hydrological characteristics of sponge city and its applied technical route are constructed. The results can provide new ideas and methods for the research and practice of sponge city.
