高等院校校园节能监管体系应用研究
[Abstract]:In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and water saving in colleges and universities, to better carry out the construction of energy-saving campus, to establish a national energy-saving demonstration unit and to pass the certification of the China quality Certification Center for Energy Management system, etc., On the basis of studying and referring to the guidelines for the Management and Technology of Conservation-oriented Campus Construction in Colleges and Universities (trial), the Technical guidelines for the Construction of Energy-saving Supervision system of Campus buildings in Colleges and Universities, and the requirements of Energy Management system, and the relevant standards, Taking a university as the application object and combining with the actual situation, the paper designs and establishes an energy-saving supervision system of campus energy conservation, which is based on the supervision system of campus building energy conservation, organization construction, system construction and evaluation method. The system is applied to the research object in order to test the practical application effect of the system and find out the problems in operation. The specific work and conclusions are as follows: (1) the energy-saving supervision system of a certain university is established, which consists of the campus building energy-saving supervision system, the energy-saving campus construction office, the project review system, the equipment and facilities operation supervision system. The energy consumption statistics and energy audit system, data publicity and sharing system, demand management system, resource saving purchasing system and environment management system, etc., have been designed to construct the technical scheme of the campus building energy conservation supervision system. The paper also puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of the system construction, combining with the actual operation and maintenance situation of the supervision system in the past few years, puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the system construction and the improvement measures. (2) the energy consumption data of a certain university are counted in time division by using the system. Based on the analysis of building characteristics and usage, this paper grasps the characteristics and laws of energy use of campus buildings with different functions, further excavates the potential of energy saving in campus buildings, and aims at the unreasonable energy use. A series of energy-saving renovation projects were put forward, and some of them were carried out in a planned way, with remarkable results. In 2015, the school was selected as a national energy-saving demonstration unit. The energy management system (en MS) of China quality Certification Center (CEC) is adopted. (3) the construction method and design principle of energy consumption evaluation index for campus buildings are summarized and summarized. In the practical application, it is found that the energy consumption of campus can not only be evaluated by a single index, such as per capita energy consumption, per capita water consumption, energy consumption per unit area of campus buildings, and so on, and at the same time, the unit energy consumption of different types of campus buildings should be supplemented. Based on the above considerations, the evaluation system of energy and resource consumption of campus buildings is established, and the energy consumption of campus buildings is comprehensively evaluated by the index system.
