某深基坑开挖支护设计与安全性分析

【摘要】:随着建筑事业的迅速发展,我国各地的建筑行业也迎来了发展的新势头。于此同时,国家在面对这样好的发展的同时,也对我们国家建筑行业的发展提出来了更加严格的要求。尤其是深基坑工程的发展,由于基坑施工技术难度过大或者受各种地质条件的影响因素,可能会造成实际的施工与数值模拟出现很多局限性。这就要求我们在工程施工的过程中做好同步的监测,达到安全要求。同时对建筑的质量品质、标准、工业化提出了更高的要求。在现在的社会对我国建筑行业的发展提出了庞大的需求,因此,国家和政府部门应该对我国的建筑行业加强监管的力度,以此来确保我国建筑行业的发展。深基坑工程在施工过程中经常事故突发,多部分原因是基坑支护结构的原因造成的。论文从下方面对深基坑工程支护方案选取及安全性进行评估:(1)在收集资料和查找文献的基础上,了解现在深基坑工程在基坑设计和开挖支护方面可能存在的问题,为了保证基坑工程的安全稳定性,对基坑工程在开挖时的监测进行分析,提出自己的看法。(2)采用FLAC3D软件对基坑工程在开挖和支护进行数值模拟,将模拟后所得到的结果与实际监测的结果作比较分析。在对比结果分析可以看出数值模拟与工程实际提供的监测资料是基本可以相吻合的,偏差在允许范围内。可以看出对基坑开挖支护FLAC数值模拟具有较好的参考价值。(3)文中对选取的潍坊市某工程深基坑实例的工程概况和周边环境做了详细介绍,然后根据工程地质条件和工程的使用要求以及要达到的经济性和安全性等方面考虑,对基坑工程的支护设计选取适合的方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction industry, the construction industry in various parts of our country also ushered in a new momentum of development. At the same time, the country in the face of such a good development, but also put forward more stringent requirements for the development of our national construction industry. Especially the development of deep foundation pit engineering, because the construction technology of foundation pit is difficult to pass large or affected by various geological conditions, may cause a lot of limitations in actual construction and numerical simulation. This requires us to do a good job in the construction process of synchronous monitoring, to achieve safety requirements. At the same time, the quality of the building quality, standards, industrialization put forward higher requirements. In the present society, there is a huge demand for the development of the construction industry in our country. Therefore, the state and government departments should strengthen the supervision of the construction industry in order to ensure the development of the construction industry in our country. During the construction of deep foundation pit, accidents often occur, and many reasons are caused by the supporting structure of foundation pit. This paper evaluates the selection and safety of deep foundation pit engineering support scheme from the following aspects: (1) on the basis of collecting data and searching literature, we know the possible problems existing in deep foundation pit design and excavation support. In order to ensure the safety and stability of foundation pit engineering, the monitoring of foundation pit engineering during excavation is analyzed, and its own views are put forward. (2) numerical simulation of excavation and support is carried out by using FLAC3D software. The results obtained by simulation are compared with those of actual monitoring. The comparison results show that the numerical simulation is basically consistent with the monitoring data provided by the engineering, and the deviation is within the allowable range. It can be seen that FLAC numerical simulation of excavation and support of foundation pit has good reference value. (3) in this paper, the engineering situation and surrounding environment of a selected deep foundation pit in Weifang City are introduced in detail. Then according to the engineering geological conditions and the requirements of engineering use as well as the economy and safety to be achieved the appropriate scheme is selected for the supporting design of foundation pit engineering.
