沈阳宝能环球金融中心C40大体积底板混凝土的关键制备技术研究

【摘要】:结合沈阳宝能环球金融中心大体积底板混凝土施工及技术要求,进行配合比设计与性能研究。采用正交优化实验方法,结合水化温升计算结果,确定最优配比。在确保强度的前提下,底板大体积混凝土采用大掺量矿物掺和料的方式,降低混凝土水化温升,混凝土28d的自收缩率为1.8×10~(-4),28d干燥收缩率为6.6×10~(-4)。采用快冻法,当冻融循环400次,质量损失率为2.1%,符合国标中小于5%的规定;当冻融循环500次,动弹模量损失为58.2%,符合国标中不大于60%的规定。
[Abstract]:Combined with the construction and technical requirements of mass floor concrete in Shenyang Baoneng Global Financial Center, the mix ratio design and performance research are carried out. The optimum ratio was determined by orthogonal optimization method and the calculated results of hydration temperature rise. On the premise of ensuring the strength, the mass concrete of bottom slab adopts the way of mass mineral admixture to reduce the temperature rise of concrete hydration, and the autogenous shrinkage of concrete is 1.8 脳 10 ~ (-4) ~ (-4) ~ (-4) in 28 days and the shrinkage rate of drying is 6.6 脳 10 ~ (-4) in 28 days. When the freeze-thaw cycle is 400 times, the mass loss rate is 2.1, which accords with the stipulation of less than 5% in the national standard, when the freeze-thaw cycle is 500 times, the dynamic elastic modulus loss is 58.2%, and the loss of dynamic elastic modulus is not more than 60% in the national standard.
