覆盖型岩溶地基勘察与治理研究

【摘要】:覆盖型岩溶在我国发育比较广泛。如何精确的探查岩溶发育情况、如何有效的对岩溶灾害进行治理,是目前覆盖型岩溶发育区建设中遇到的一个重要难题。通过唐山市区某项目中的岩溶地基勘察与治理研究,对覆盖型岩溶区的岩溶勘察及治理方法进行了归纳及总结,并对岩溶地基勘察及治理方法进行了改进,特别是在岩溶治理过程中应用了信息化施工方法。在岩溶地基勘察过程中,采用物探与钻探相结合的方法,包括浅层地震高密度映像、钻探(取芯、原位测试、土工试验)、井中电视等多种方法对覆盖型岩溶进行探查。通过多种勘测手段综合利用及对比分析,以增加勘察资料的精确程度。最终对场地的岩溶发育稳定性进行分区,针对不同的分区制定相应的岩溶治理方案或监测方案。岩溶治理选用注浆法。详细分析勘察成果后,确定初步岩溶治理方案,在施工中采取信息化施工的方法,对治理方案进行优化。对岩溶治理效果影响较大的主要因素,包括注浆孔深度、注浆孔间距、水泥浆液浓度、注浆压力、注浆次序、封堵方式等,根据现场情况进行了调整。通过覆盖型岩溶地基勘察与治理研究,该项目最终达到良好的治理效果,并降低了工程总造价。同时,建立了系统的覆盖型岩溶地区地基勘察、治理等技术体系。
[Abstract]:The overburden karst is widely developed in China. How to accurately explore the karst development and how to effectively control the karst disaster is an important problem in the construction of the covered karst development area. Based on the investigation and treatment of karst foundation in a project in Tangshan urban area, this paper sums up and summarizes the methods of karst investigation and treatment in covered karst area, and improves the method of investigation and treatment of karst foundation. In particular, the application of information construction method in the process of karst treatment. In the process of karst foundation exploration, the methods of combining geophysical prospecting and drilling, including shallow seismic high-density mapping, drilling (core taking, in-situ testing, geotechnical test), and television in wells, are used to explore overlying karst. In order to increase the accuracy of the survey data, the comprehensive utilization and comparative analysis of various survey methods are carried out. Finally, the karst development and stability of the site are divided, and the corresponding karst treatment plan or monitoring plan is made for different districts. Grouting method is used for karst treatment. After detailed analysis of the survey results, the preliminary karst treatment scheme is determined, and the information construction method is adopted in the construction to optimize the treatment scheme. The main factors affecting the karst treatment effect, including grouting hole depth, grouting hole spacing, cement slurry concentration, grouting pressure, grouting sequence and plugging method, are adjusted according to the field conditions. Through the investigation and treatment of overburden karst foundation, the project achieves good treatment effect and reduces the total cost of the project. At the same time, the technical system of foundation investigation and treatment in the covered karst area is established.
