浅议缓粘结预应力混凝土技术的应用与发展

【摘要】:缓粘结预应力混凝土技术是通过缓粘结剂随时间的固化实现预应力筋与混凝土之间从无粘结逐渐过渡到有粘结的一种新技术,它将无粘结和有粘结两种预应力体系相结合,扬长避短,有效克服了两种后张法预应力体系的质量缺陷.本文通过缓粘结预应力混凝土的构造和机理介绍,分析了它的技术优势,并结合国内的基础研究与工程应用,对该技术的发展提出了展望.
[Abstract]:The technology of slowly bonded prestressed concrete is a new technology which can realize the transition between prestressed tendons and concrete from unbonded to bonded gradually through the solidification of slow binder over time. It combines two kinds of prestressing systems: unbonded and bonded. It overcomes the quality defects of two post-Zhang Fa prestressing systems. In this paper, the structure and mechanism of slowly bonded prestressed concrete are introduced, its technical advantages are analyzed, and the development of this technology is prospected in combination with the basic research and engineering application in China.
