城市旅游景区对城市建设用地影响的量化分析及规划应对——基于西安曲江城市新区的数据实证

【摘要】：随着城市旅游景区数量和规模的不断增加,城市建设与旅游发展在空间资源分配与用地统筹安排方面的矛盾越来越突出。以西安曲江新区的数据实证为基础,基于溢出效应理论深入分析城市旅游景区对城市建设用地的影响机理与途径,探索在效应场范围内城市建设用地利用方式和强度变化特征与减损情况,并从城市规划与管理的角度提出相应的补偿思路与实施策略,进一步提高规划应对这一现实问题的科学性和精准性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the number and scale of urban scenic spots, the contradiction between urban construction and tourism development in spatial resource allocation and land allocation is becoming more and more prominent. Based on the empirical data of Xi'an Qujiang New District, based on the theory of spillover effect, this paper analyzes the mechanism and approaches of the influence of urban scenic spots on urban construction land. This paper explores the characteristics and impairment of urban construction land use mode and intensity in the range of effect field, and puts forward the corresponding compensation ideas and implementation strategies from the perspective of urban planning and management. Further improve the scientific nature and accuracy of planning to deal with this practical problem.
