济南章丘市杨官村传统建筑环境修复与利用设计研究

【摘要】：传统村落是我们祖先经过长期积淀创造出的历史文化遗产,它不仅为人们提供了居住生活场所,还涵盖了村庄的传统文化与民俗文化,包括独特的建筑风貌、丰富的历史、深厚的文化积淀等。特别是一些历史名村,具有较高的美学、文化和精神价值。近年来,国家为了改善乡村居住环境,倡导建设社会主义新农村。但一些地区出现了“拆旧造新”的碎片化建设,盲目的使用新材料、新工艺,导致了传统民风民俗、生活方式和乡土风貌在一定程度上受到破坏。因此,传统村落建筑环境继承与发展的关系成为值得探讨的问题。鲁中地区明清古村落的典型代表是章丘市杨官村,其选址布局与建筑特色蕴含丰富的哲学思想,而且村庄依山而建,院落层叠起伏,目前依然保持着较为完整的建筑风貌与村落格局,蕴含丰富的历史文化信息与乡土文化内涵,入选为山东省级传统村落。整座村庄布局灵活,当漫步在古朴平滑的板石路上,徜徉于层峦叠嶂的青山中,在绿水环绕的映衬下使人感到与天地融合。但是无序的建设活动使村庄的风貌遭受破坏,最终因年久失修而倒塌,如果不能及时采取合理的保护措施,古村落将难以维持下去。文章以杨官村的保护与发展为例,通过实地考察、测绘调研,采用文献资料法、综合分析法等对村庄资源进行分析,并编写传统文化保护名录。首先,论述了研究背景及选题,结合村庄的特点、国内外的研究与实践,总结村庄存在的问题,以便针对性的采取合理有效的保护措施;其次,挖掘杨官村历史人文价值与地域特色,对杨官村的地貌特征、村落选址、村落格局、建筑形式和施工工艺与方法等进行分析,分析改造的可行性和必要性;最后,着眼于杨官村未来的发展,提出村庄的保护与利用原则,探讨一种以村民为核心的建筑环境保护机制对杨官村提出保护和再利用设计,将古村落有价值的风貌与地域特色进行保留的同时,延续古村落生命力。
[Abstract]:The traditional village is the historical and cultural heritage created by our ancestors after a long period of accumulation. It not only provides people with a living place, but also covers the traditional culture and folk culture of the village, including its unique architectural style and rich history. Profound cultural accumulation, etc. In particular, some historic villages have higher aesthetic, cultural and spiritual values. In recent years, the country in order to improve the rural living environment, advocate the construction of new socialist countryside. However, in some areas, the fragmented construction of "demolishing old and building new", the blind use of new materials and new techniques have led to the destruction of traditional folk customs, lifestyles and local features to a certain extent. Therefore, the relationship between the inheritance and development of traditional village architecture environment is worth discussing. The typical representative of the ancient villages in the Ming and Qing dynasties in the central Shandong region is Yangguan Village in Zhangqiu City. Its location, layout and architectural features contain rich philosophical ideas, and the villages are built according to the mountains, and the courtyard is stacked with ups and downs. At present, it still maintains a relatively complete architectural style and village pattern, contains rich historical and cultural information and local cultural connotation, and is selected as a traditional village at the provincial level in Shandong Province. The village has a flexible layout, as it strolls along the ancient, smooth stone road, roaming through the mountains of mountains and making people feel United against the background of the green waters. But the disorderly construction activities destroyed the style and appearance of the village and finally collapsed because of years of disrepair. If reasonable protection measures are not taken in time the ancient villages will be difficult to maintain. Taking the protection and development of Yangguancun as an example, this paper analyzes the village resources by field investigation, surveying and mapping, using the method of literature and comprehensive analysis, and compiles the list of traditional culture protection. First of all, it discusses the research background and topics, combined with the characteristics of the village, research and practice at home and abroad, summed up the problems existing in the village, in order to take reasonable and effective protection measures; secondly, Excavating the historical and humanistic value and regional characteristics of Yangguan Village, analyzing the landform feature, village location, village pattern, architectural form, construction technology and method of Yangguan Village, and analyzing the feasibility and necessity of the transformation. In view of the future development of Yangguan Village, this paper puts forward the principles of protection and utilization of the village, and probes into the design of protection and reuse of Yangguan Village by a kind of building environmental protection mechanism with villagers as the core. While preserving the valuable features and regional features of the ancient villages, the vitality of the ancient villages will be continued.
