对遗产经济侵蚀遗产公共性的研究——以西湖文化景观为例

【摘要】：世界遗产是人类文明的精华,其意义不局限于一时一地,具有公共性。然而,遗产也是一种能够吸引大量消费者的稀缺性社会经济资源,遗产经济对遗产公共性的侵蚀严重威胁着遗产价值的认知与传承。我国已成为了遗产大国,有效地保护和管理遗产地是我国遗产事业的重要工作,而如何维护遗产的公共性正日益成为遗产保护领域的重要议题。首先从遗产事业发展历程的角度对遗产公共性的来源、内涵和表征进行了梳理分析;然后,对遗产经济侵蚀遗产公共性问题产生的背景进行了讨论;最后,以西湖文化景观为例,对遗产经济与公共性的关系进行了剖析,并初步提出了维护遗产公共性的策略。
[Abstract]:World Heritage is the essence of human civilization, its significance is not limited to one place, with a public. However, heritage is also a rare social and economic resource which can attract a large number of consumers. The erosion of heritage economy to the public of heritage seriously threatens the cognition and inheritance of heritage value. China has become a great heritage country, and the effective protection and management of heritage land is an important work of our country's heritage cause, and how to maintain the publicity of heritage is becoming an important topic in the field of heritage protection. Firstly, the origin, connotation and characterization of heritage publicity are analyzed from the perspective of the history of heritage development; then, the background of heritage economic erosion of heritage publicity is discussed. Taking the cultural landscape of West Lake as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between heritage economy and publicity, and puts forward a preliminary strategy to maintain the publicity of heritage.
