我国城市防洪现状研究

【摘要】：我国是洪涝多发地区,很多城市都饱受洪涝灾害之苦。本文从城市的防洪标准、防洪区域、防洪质量以及防洪排水等角度分析了我国城市防洪过程中存在的问题。利用防洪工程措施和防洪非工程措施两种方法解决我国防洪现存的问题,并且在此基础上分析了防洪措施对环境的影响,并提出一些环境保护措施,为我国城市防洪规划提供参考。
[Abstract]:Our country is flood-prone area, many cities suffer from flood disaster. In this paper, the problems existing in the process of urban flood control in China are analyzed from the aspects of urban flood control standards, flood control areas, flood control quality and flood control drainage. The existing problems of flood control in China are solved by means of flood control engineering measures and non-engineering flood control measures. On this basis, the impact of flood control measures on the environment is analyzed, and some environmental protection measures are put forward. It provides reference for urban flood control planning in China.
