苏州工业园区邻里中心适老性优化设计研究

【摘要】：我国的养老模式在现阶段还是以家庭养老为主,社会养老为辅。在居家养老层面中,住区的商业服务配套设施是与居民生活联系地最紧密的一部分,在老年人的生活中扮演着相当重要的角色。邻里中心是从国外(新加坡)引入的新型社区服务理念,它涵盖了日常生活的各类商业服务设施,旨在为服务范围内的住区居民提供便利。在苏州工业园区,它也从最初的实践发展到如今的广泛运用。但如今,随着时间的推移,很多邻里中心逐渐难以满足老龄化背景下的大众需求。在这种前提下,苏州工业园区中的邻里中心如何优化设计才能更好地为老年人的生活服务提供便利成为一个值得研究的重要课题。本文共有七章节:第一章是绪论,就本文的研究背景和研究意义进行阐述,并对相关概念及国内外的现状进行解释;第二章就邻里中心及建筑改造等基础概念进行了重点阐述;第三章着重老年人,研究了老年人的特征及适老性设计的目标;第四章主要对苏州工业园区邻里中心的现状进行介绍,并对目前在建筑功能、建筑内外部流线、环境配套、内外细节上出现的问题进行总结和归纳;第五章主要针对现存的问题,从多角度探求老年人的需求,进而总结苏州工业园区邻里中心适老性优化设计的基本策略。第六章是案例研究,针对苏州工业园区新城邻里中心的现状和问题,就前文提出的优化策略进行改造。最后一章是文章的总结。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, the old-age model of our country is mainly based on family pension, supplemented by social old-age support. In the aspect of family pension, the supporting facilities of commercial services in residential areas are the most closely related to the residents' lives, and play a very important role in the life of the elderly. Neighbourhood Center is a new concept of community service introduced from abroad (Singapore). It covers all kinds of commercial service facilities in daily life and aims to facilitate the residents of residential areas within the scope of service. In Suzhou Industrial Park, it also developed from the initial practice to today's wide application. But now, with the passage of time, many neighborhood centers are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the aging public. On this premise, how to optimize the design of neighborhood center in Suzhou Industrial Park to provide better convenience for the elderly has become an important topic worth studying. There are seven chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction, the research background and significance of this paper are expounded, and the related concepts and the current situation at home and abroad are explained, the second chapter focuses on the neighborhood center and architectural reconstruction and other basic concepts. The third chapter focuses on the elderly, studies the characteristics of the elderly and the design objectives of the elderly, the fourth chapter mainly introduces the status of the Suzhou Industrial Park neighborhood center, and the current architectural functions, internal and external lines of architecture, environmental matching, The fifth chapter mainly aims at the existing problems, explores the needs of the elderly from various angles, and then summarizes the basic strategy of the optimization design of the neighborhood center of Suzhou Industrial Park. The sixth chapter is a case study, aiming at the current situation and problems of Suzhou Industrial Park New Town neighborhood Center, the optimization strategy proposed above is reformed. The last chapter is the summary of the article.
