既有供热系统改扩建方法研究
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in our country, people's demand for heat supply is increasing gradually. The newly-built heating system not only covers a large area, but also has huge investment and difficult economic recovery. In view of the primary network transformation method of the heating network, this paper mainly studies the related problems of the application of the distributed water pump system in the annular heating system. Firstly, it analyzes the economy of the heating system and establishes the economic model of the universality. The pressure distribution of each pipe section in the heat pipe network is expressed by the average specific friction. Based on the universal economic model, the economic model for the distributed pump system in the annular pipe network is established. The formula for calculating the economic specific friction is derived. Secondly, the characteristics of the distributed pump system in the annular pipe network are studied, mainly aiming at the zero in the system. Based on the model and engineering case, the economic specific frictional resistance formula is used to analyze the new ring system project and verify the economy of the economic specific frictional resistance. According to the renovation project of a heating system in Harbin and based on the renovation design process of the existing pipe network, the renovation method of applying distributed water pump system to the loop pipe network in the actual project is explained. The definition, system form and pipe network form of the system are given. Secondly, the restriction conditions of the series single pipe reformation system are studied, and the method of maximum extension calculation is obtained. Finally, according to the specific case, combined with the economic model of heating system, the economic efficiency of the traditional transformation mode and the series single-pipe system transformation mode is compared, and the influence of the connection location between the new heating load area and the new users on the economic efficiency of the system transformation is considered respectively, and the characteristics of this transformation mode are obtained. The way of design and research provides a theoretical basis and decision-making basis for practical projects.
