住宅产业化PC预制构件技术应用研究

【摘要】:基于节能减排的需求,我国十二五规划已经将预制装配建筑作为建设行业重要的发展方向,各地政府也制定了相关激励政策。当前我国住宅产业化发展遇到了主体结构工业化的瓶颈,各地必须依托新型建筑工业化技术和产品,尤其是预制装配式混凝土结构技术和产品才能真正实现住宅产业化,因而装配式预制构件制造基地的建设恰逢其时。近十年来,我国在住宅产业化方面的研究迅速发展,多家单位开展了相关的技术研究和工程实践,产品已经投放市场。国家和地方鼓励企业对新型建筑工业化技术及其产品进行研究和投资,我单位作为地方龙头企业,有必要承担起相应的社会责任,引领行业健康发展。利用我单位具有良好的财务状况、管理能力、技术能力和依托内部市场的优势,以及发展壮大的内生动力,此时抓住机遇进入住宅产业化领域,可以为未来发展预留空间。本论文着重解决的关键问题主要分为三个方面:住宅产业化PC预制构件市场前景研究、住宅产业化PC预制构件制造及安装关键技术、住宅产业化PC预制构件建厂实施方案研究。本论文对住宅产业化技术体系进行了阐述,同时对PC预制构件制造工艺进行了系统的研究,同时针对现有装配式住宅的工业化生产率较低的现实,我们对现有装配式施工工艺进行改进,对PC构件的拼装方式及拼装节点进行技术创新并进行了细化设计,同时对结构的安全可靠性进行了验证。本文还结合我单位关于发展住宅产业化并投资建设装配式住宅预制构件厂的内外部环境、产品技术路线、市场、项目实施条件进行分析,并在此基础上做出形成住宅产业化建厂运营的投融资估算、经济效益、实施风险等方面的研究判断。最后本文提出PC预制构件的建厂实施方案。结合我集团公司拟建设一座预制构件厂设为永久性工厂进行了规划方案研究,生产厂房按照“总体规划、分步实施、预留发展空间”的设想,结合市场需求和场地状况,产能设计为年施工房屋建筑面积50-60万平方米,以满足辐射周边150km范围内预制装配式建筑构件加工生产能力需求,通过经济技术可行性分析对建厂的可性行进行论证,以期将技术成果落地转化,为推进我单位的住宅产业化的发展奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Based on the demand of energy saving and emission reduction, prefabricated assembly buildings have been regarded as the important development direction of the construction industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, and local governments have also formulated relevant incentive policies. At present, the development of housing industrialization in our country has met the bottleneck of the industrialization of the main structure. All localities must rely on the new building industrialization technology and products, especially the prefabricated concrete structure technology and products, in order to realize the housing industrialization. Thus, the construction of prefabricated components manufacturing base is timely. In the past ten years, the research on housing industrialization in China has developed rapidly. Many units have carried out related technical research and engineering practice, and the products have been put on the market. The state and local governments encourage enterprises to study and invest in the new construction industrialization technology and its products. As a local leading enterprise, it is necessary for our unit to shoulder the corresponding social responsibility and lead the healthy development of the industry. With the advantages of good financial situation, management ability, technical ability and relying on the internal market, and the endogenous motive force of development, we can seize the opportunity to enter the field of housing industrialization and reserve room for the future development. The key problems of this paper are mainly divided into three aspects: research on the market prospect of PC prefabricated components in residential industrialization, key technologies for manufacturing and installing PC prefabricated components in residential industrialization, and research on the implementation scheme of PC prefabricated components in residential industrialization. In this paper, the technical system of housing industrialization is expounded, and the manufacturing process of PC prefabricated components is systematically studied. At the same time, the low industrial productivity of existing prefabricated housing is also discussed. We have improved the existing assembly construction technology, innovated and designed the assembly mode and joints of PC components, and verified the safety and reliability of the structure. This paper also analyzes the internal and external environment, product technical route, market and project implementation conditions of our unit concerning the development of housing industrialization and investment in the construction of prefabricated components factory of prefabricated housing. On this basis, the investment and financing estimation, economic benefit, implementation risk and so on for the formation of housing industrialization factory operation are studied and judged. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation scheme of PC prefabricated components. In combination with our group's plan to build a prefabricated factory as a permanent factory, the planning scheme is studied. According to the idea of "master plan, step by step implementation, reserved development space", combined with market demand and site condition, The production capacity is designed as the annual building floor area of 50-600 thousand square meters, in order to meet the demand of processing production capacity of prefabricated building components within the range of radiation peripheral 150km, the feasibility of the construction of the factory is demonstrated through the analysis of economic and technological feasibility. The purpose of this paper is to transform the technical achievements to the ground and lay the foundation for the development of housing industrialization in our unit.
