空间网格结构焊接空心球节点刚度研究综述

【摘要】:焊接空心球作为空间网格中最常用的节点形式之一,自20世纪中期出现以来被广泛用于体育场馆、博览会展和工业设施等各类建筑中的空间网格结构.国内外学者针对焊接空心球节点从理论推导、数值模拟、模型试验和工程实践等方面开展了大量的研究并取得了丰富的成果.本文在概述焊接空心球构造形式和承载力等方面研究成果的基础上,首先对焊接空心球的节点刚度研究方法、影响因素和刚度计算公式等方面的成果进行系统总结,对比分析了不同的刚度计算公式,进而对考虑节点刚度影响的空间网格结构力学性能的研究成果进行了分析,总结了节点刚度对不同结构性能的影响规律,最后提出了目前焊接空心球节点刚度研究存在的有待进一步完善之处.
[Abstract]:As one of the most commonly used joints in the space grid, welded hollow spheres have been widely used in the space grid structures of stadiums, exhibitions and industrial facilities since the middle of the 20th century. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on welded hollow spherical joints from the aspects of theoretical derivation, numerical simulation, model test and engineering practice, and have achieved a lot of results. On the basis of summarizing the research results of structure and bearing capacity of welded hollow spheres, this paper first systematically summarizes the research methods of joint stiffness of welded hollow spheres, influencing factors and stiffness calculation formulas, and so on. In this paper, different stiffness formulas are compared and analyzed, and the results of the research on the mechanical properties of spatial grid structures considering the effects of node stiffness are analyzed, and the effects of node stiffness on different structural properties are summarized. Finally, the existing research on the stiffness of welded hollow spherical joints is put forward.
