张掖市滨河新区城市设计策略研究

【摘要】：伴随着快速城镇化的到来,小城镇建设迎来了前所未有的发展高潮期。在全球化和城市化的影响下,一方面,随着文化全球化之风的盛行,本土文化遭受强势文化的入侵,并逐步被消解;另一方面,大量新区建设和旧城更新的实践,破坏了原有城市格局、历史街区,而且城市建设互相模仿、盲目攀比。这些都导致了城市特色的消逝、城市风貌千篇一律,毫无特色。通过对已有城市问题的反思和回归,人们开始认识到城市特色的经济价值、文化价值、历史价值和情感归属价值,城市特色也越来越受到人们的关注。人们为寻求解决问题的办法,开始不断探寻,最终城市设计走入人们的视线,并逐渐与城市的规划和建筑设计结合运用于建设实践。本文从文化全球化、设计模式化、快速城镇化的社会背景出发,阐述了“千城一面”的城市现状,并提出改善现状的方法-城市设计。其次,通过梳理城市设计的基本理论和总结本人对城市设计的理解,以张掖市滨河新区为例,分析张掖市的两版城市规划和张掖市滨河新区的城市规划和城市建设,分析出张掖市滨河新区建设的七点问题;再加上整理580份调查问卷,更加深入了解张掖市市民的感受和想法,进而从自然、地理、历史、文化等角度总结和归纳张掖市的城市特色,再深入挖掘张掖市滨河新区最突出的特色。最后,从城市特色出发和运用城市设计的理论,提出张掖市滨河新区以人为本、传承文脉、秉持地域性、和谐有序的城市设计思想,再运用空间分析和空间活力营造的城市设计方法,从地域特色塑造、历史文化传承与再生、城市特色空间营造三个角度多个方面分别对城市设计具体策略予以说明。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分主要介绍选题背景。介绍了本文研究的背景、国内外研究现状、目的与意义、该领域存在的问题以及研究框架;第二部分重在介绍基本理论和研究对象。阐述了城市设计的基本理论,如定义、发展、内容、要素、定位等基本内容,并分析了城市设计所面临的社会现实问题。进而引入本文的研究对象,介绍了张掖市的历史沿革、城市发展和张掖市04版和12版总体规划,以及张掖市滨河新区与老城区的关系;第三部分重在挖掘建设问题和城市特色。主要介绍了张掖市滨河新区的提出与发展、城市规划和截止2017年的建设情况,从中分析出探讨和分析了张掖市滨河新区的建设问题和城市突出特色;第四部分重在探寻具体策略。主要从思想、方法、空间特色塑造等方面进行了研究;第五部分为结论部分。概括了本文的重心、不足与展望。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of rapid urbanization, the construction of small towns ushered in an unprecedented period of development. Under the influence of globalization and urbanization, on the one hand, with the prevalence of cultural globalization, local culture is invaded by strong culture, and gradually eliminated; On the other hand, a large number of new district construction and old city renewal practice, destroyed the original urban pattern, historical blocks, and urban construction to imitate each other, blind comparison. These have led to the disappearance of urban characteristics, the city style and features of the same, no feature. Through the reflection and return of the existing urban problems, people begin to realize the economic value, the cultural value, the historical value and the emotional attribution value of the urban characteristics, and the urban characteristics are paid more and more attention by people. In order to find a solution to the problem, people began to explore, and finally urban design into the line of sight, and gradually combined with urban planning and architectural design in the construction practice. Based on the social background of cultural globalization, design model and rapid urbanization, this paper expounds the present situation of "one thousand cities", and puts forward the method of improving the present situation-urban design. Secondly, through combing the basic theory of urban design and summarizing my understanding of urban design, taking Binhe New District of Zhangye City as an example, this paper analyzes the two versions of urban planning of Zhangye City and the urban planning and urban construction of Binhe New District of Zhangye City. The seven problems in the construction of Binhe New District of Zhangye City are analyzed. In addition, by sorting out 580 questionnaires, we can get a deeper understanding of the feelings and ideas of the residents of Zhangye City, and then sum up and sum up the urban characteristics of Zhangye City from the perspectives of nature, geography, history, culture, and so on. Then dig deep into Zhangye City Binhe New District the most prominent features. Finally, based on the characteristics of the city and the theory of urban design, this paper puts forward the idea of urban design of Zhangye Binhe New District, which is people-oriented, inherits context, and adheres to regional, harmonious and orderly urban design. Then using the urban design method of spatial analysis and spatial vitality construction, the paper explains the specific strategies of urban design from three aspects: regional characteristics, historical and cultural heritage and regeneration, and urban characteristic space construction. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background of the topic. This paper introduces the background, the present situation, the purpose and significance of the research, the problems in this field and the research framework. The second part focuses on the basic theory and research object. This paper expounds the basic theory of urban design, such as definition, development, content, elements, orientation and so on, and analyzes the social realistic problems faced by urban design. Then introduces the research object of this paper, introduces the history of Zhangye city, the urban development and the general plan of Zhangye city 04 and 12, and the relationship between the riverside new district of Zhangye city and the old city district, the third part focuses on excavating the construction problem and the city characteristic. This paper mainly introduces the proposal and development of Binhe New District of Zhangye City, urban planning and construction situation up to 2017, and analyzes the construction problems and prominent characteristics of Binhe New District in Zhangye City. The fourth part focuses on exploring specific strategies. The fifth part is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the center of gravity, shortcomings and prospects.
